25 minute full body toning workout. This Stability ball workout is great for seniors and beginners.
The exercises incorporated into this workout have a pilates base that is perfect for strengthening and lengthening your body. This video is at a perfect pace to keep your heart rate elevated, but allows you time to get comfortable in each position. The exercise ball is fun to work with and challenges your core to stay balanced and keeps your muscles activated! Make sure you keep your tummy pulled in so you protect your lower back. You will feel great after this workout!
Make sure you have an appropriate size ball to work with. If your ball is too big or if it is inflated too much it will be very difficult to grip with your legs.
I also recommend wearing shoes to help grip the ball. Finally, make sure you have some padding like a rug or yoga mat under you. There is a section where we are on our knees and you need to have some padding or cushion so you are comfortable.

Thank you so much for creating this wonderful workout. I have owned a Stability Ball for years. Thank you for making this new again. I wish it was a longer workout, that's how much I enjoy this type of workout. It is great for a lively 63 year old senior and puts no pressure on the joints. I hope you will create another one!

Can't thank you enough I have been suffering Trochanteric bursitis for months and just getting up and down the stairs was a challenge. I got very little sleep and was actually very distressed and my mental health was suffering. 10 days of Lauren's program has turned my life around. I am not completely pain free but so much better than I was and look forward to improving as time goes on. I feel lifted from the darkness. I feel Lauren is a friend that's helped me through and I am so grateful. No drugs just care xx

Im 60, started a new job 2 years ago, completely sitting for 40 plus hours on the computer. All my muscle turned to flab and im losing muscle tone too. Ive been working out to your stability ball exercises for seniors for 3 months and i love it. I try to work out at least 3 times a week and i always do plenty of walking, however,. I also cut out added sugars, milk, alcohol and excessive smoking 😅 from stress. I think i will be ready this summer for that modess biki 😅

I bought my ball 2 years ago and let it away in my room's corner. I am getting my 60s. Today is the second workout day with you. 💕 all your workout videos but this one is one of my fave. It really helps me sustain working out while recovering from my tennis elbow injury. I'm a golfer, 12 handicap and I walk 18 holes. I've been doing the ball exercises as I see what I think helps my swing. I really like your stretches and exercises. I'm including them and just want to say I'm also 63 years old and loving your routine. I recommend it to anyone. Even you young ones!!

I am really enjoying your classes especially the ability ball classes. I have recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis-60:years old due to a condition I have had the past 3 years which affected m bones. I have need to modify my workouts. I would love a ball class on just back stretches if you have it and other exercises for opening up the postural muscles. Thanks

Hi L, Really appreciate all the video workouts you are posting. The ambiance and quiet room where you demonstrate is helpful to breathe and stay calm. I adapted the ball ex this time using my elbows instead of straight arms after pushups because upper body got too weak. But still got through and feel so great! also did your stretch and barre classes today. Wow!

Loved this workout. I’ve been wanting to use my stability ball and this is just right. I’m 52 and your routines are wonderful and at an appropriate speed so I don’t get lightheaded. Thank you so much. I used to lift weights, however I slowly discontinued and have since lived a sedentary lifestyle. I love the balance ball because it's easy on my knees, which are worn out. Your workout is easy enough for beginners and seniors, but at the same time challenging enough to get results. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you for new moves for seniors! I don’t think seniors ever thought of this especially on a ball! I work with some “SilverSneakers” seniors that are pretty aggressive. This works well for new material! Thanks💕

Excellent workout ! After trying a few times, find these particular workouts rather invigorating !! You actually feel refreshed afterwards !!! Many Thanks for all the thought you put into these workouts !! Im a CNA and take care of Elderly, cant wait to get some of them to try these !!! Maybe we can do together !!! They can do chair version of course !

I just started working out again after many years of being too sedentary in a desk job. I’m almost 55 years old and I real love this ball workout I just purchased two different sized balls to get the best workout that I can. I’m 5 feet 10 inches tall so I needed to figure out which ball would work best. Thank you so much for the great movement I just loved it!!

I'm so glad! tip: I've found that I can change the size of the ball by a few inches just by letting air in/out. Especially when the ball is new it needs to stretch out a bit before it can be blown up to its full size.

FUN workout! Was discouraged after walking my dog since I have to walk SO slowly with 'ungood' knee but after doing this stability ball workout and no real difficulty, except moving from floor to ball or changing ball positions, I feel like a 'productive human being' once again! :-) I wish family could DO these workouts with me and STOP seeing me as an 'old disabled lady' .....because I'm NOT! Thanks for these great and fun workouts!!

This is an excellent routine for back injuries! It helps me recover and I am not senior yet. I took it very easy in the begining... Two weeks in now, I am getting stronger slowly and no reinjury yet! Thank you so much!

Thank you for your kind words. As of now, I just have the 5 stability ball workouts. The last one I did performed horribly. It's a great video, but if not enough of my regular viewers watch the video, the KZfaq algorithm just kills the video. It's very frustrating. Never say never, but I don't have plans for any new ones soon. What about the mini ball? Do you have one? I also think that they work the muscles differently and I have many mini ball videos.
