Just received the CR-Scan 01 today, tried to hook it up with 3 different computers, thru USB3, no luck. Scanner failed to connect when I try scanning. Went through all the trouble shooting, no joy. Very user unfriendly product, requesting a refund now. Been working with computers for over 30 years, never ran into such a bad product before.

To me the auto aligning of two positions is not working. Do I have to enable it somewhere? I know there is a manual aligning too, but automatic would be much more precise, like in this video from

Anyone else here because customer service keeps sending you tutorial videos instead of giving you a refund for a scanner that doesn't work?

Why do you have adds turn on for a video like this? Are you trying to annoy your customers?
