CHECK THEIR VALUE! Any player that's 500K+ is gonna be a beast! (age accordingly, usually 17 year olds will be at 200K+ but a 15 year old at 200K will be a better investment)

Another cheat you can do is to save your game the day before the scout comes in and look at your players that were brought in and if you don’t like them, go out and reload and try again...also keep them in the youth system as long as you can cuz that affects their potential too I heard

If you’re a smaller club find goalkeepers they’re easy to boost. Then either keep if they’re a high enough potential, use them to trade meaning you don’t need to spend money for better players, or sell

I started with Salford City in league 2 and I'm now in the premier league with 3 great youth players, 83, 81 and 75 all under 20 so it works especially if you train them

Anyone else constantly finding high-potential players who have abysmal ratings for their supposed position strengths? I've seen countless strikers/forwards who have finishing stats between 20-40 and countless defenders whose defensive awareness is equally as low. Same can be said about so many players' stamina numbers. I just inevitably don't sign them as it makes no sense to develop a striker who's finishing is so piss poor. This happening to others?

one tip to get the big overall guy : aslo when watching potential when you click on him you will se his value if he has 500k+ he has 62 ovr or something like that so thee tip is the biger the value the bigger the overall

Hey man, you always get players on the lower side because you don’t scout them long enough the longer you leave them before signing the better they will be also your chances of actually getting a player who is above a 90 needs to start at 65 or higher so if it says he’s 54-72 don’t take him until later until that gap is closed I.e 54-72 then 58-68 62-64 if you can wait 3 months once They’re position is decided is when you get to see what they will come in at when you sign them

Well not the overall potential right just the one he will come in at. It could also be different player to player as well you know. When I’ve done it I let them sit there for even up to six months and I could be that I’m just getting good players because I’m weeding through my bad options as well. Also never take anyone over 16. And I’m not saying this is the law it’s just the experience I’ve had with the game and scouting is pretty much my main focus in all my seasons. And I’m not saying the video creator is wrong which it seemed like but I didn’t for it too I guess I was sharing my experience. So sorry to him .

EA should make the option to interact with other peoples saves purely so we can Sign their Youth players.....I'm Managing Stoke City and have 2-3 players I'd love to loan to someone playing in League 1 or something so my players can grow because i know they are getting playing time and i can help a mate progress through the league....it would be so much fun

I believe you can with the correct training but do not overtrain as that may stop stats from upgrading.

You can train agility, sprint speed, stamina and maybe strength. Acceleration and balance cant be trained they grow naturally

the commentators don't know their names that's why i never used it.I love young players to developed them into superstar is what i love to do with a second division team from Italy, France,England but i have to rely on Gems due to the fact that the youth players aren't known by the commentators and to me its not fun when my 16 year old become the new Messi or Casemiro and he's in possession of the ball they dont even know his name 🤷‍♂️

I think once they are scouted they are fixed. If you want to cheat the system save the day before your scouts come back and reload until you get something you like.

I then leave him in the report until he hopefully reaches 90-94.. in past fifas u could do this on almost any player but this year it's alot harder. U can spend hours simming then reloading and the players potential will just drop every time.. frustrating as!!!

you can save and resim cheat the "monthly scout report" and keep doing that until you find a good player. You can also save and resim cheat the youth report that comes out the first day of each month that also changes potential by a tiny bit.

I always pick physically strong. It won't guarantee you a striker, but once you get a striker they're good most of the time

My goalkeeper is 81 rated and he’s shit he doesn’t catch the ball even when it’s straight at him with no power or he’ll stand there and when the ball hits him it’ll bounce into the net I don’t understand as I’ve moved the sliders but nothing seems to work it’s only with a youth team is anyone else having this problem????

When playing career mode, the objectives is for instance to make $1 000 000 from your youth sales. Do they expect you to sell the youth you asigned to the senior team? I am a bit confused

@Branden Bates their technical skills will go up through training, but it stunts their natural physical attributes. Things like strength, acceleration, and speed will not reach their full potential.

Yes but not as quick as if you train them. Training though can cause their stats to become strong in some areas but other stats will struggle.
