I am SICK & TIRED of hearing “She had a tortuous childhood herself”. MILLIONS OF US LIVED IN HELL AS CHILDREN. MY “mother” put me in the hospital 9 times. NINE TIMES. She broke my nose 4x, my jaw twice, my right arm & both of my ribs, on 3 occasions. I got to eat MY dinner out of a trash can full of USED cat litter; the only “meal” I was allowed. I lived that HELL until I was 14. The ONLY way I was able to escape her was the night she decided to strangle me in my sleep & throw my body out of my bedroom window, while it was CLOSED. By the grace of GOD, an off-duty LEO had JUST turned onto our street & his headlights allowed him to see me lying on the ground. I am now a mother of six. I would LIGHT MYSELF ON FIRE before I harmed one of my babies… I’ve had PTSD since I was a small child, I’ve lived with the horrifying trauma of my childhood my entire life. But you know what I HAVEN’T done? HURT AN INNOCENT CHILD, or ANYONE for that matter. The “justifications” I’ve seen for how this POS 🗑 behaves, are UNBELIEVABLE. We ALL have a CHOICE. I CHOOSE to love my children. I CHOOSE to ensure they are happy & loved & NEVER have to question if they are SAFE with their Mama. No-one can EVER convince me this pile of 💩 is human. And I pray her karma is SWIFT.

This woman seemed to have a very weird and disturbing powerstruggle with her teenage son. I've seen a big part of her trial and I could not for the heck of it understand why she did what she did. Until she said something in terms of: he still wouldn't behave. And: he thought he could get away with it. So she looked at her son as a "normal" teenager that was misbehaving. That's....I don't know. If you take things that far? You're a psychopath. She's too well educated to be a sociopath in my opinion. Exactly - she seems to be a narcissist who thinks only of herself; her husband was granted custody of the children - that being rarely done, means she had done something(s) far worse than having an affair. Then when he died, the older kids moved on with their lives, the younger ones had no where to go but back to their mother not realizing probably she could not legally have them. It's a shame the step mother didn't want to keep them (or the older kids felt they could not cope with them.) So they were back in the abusive situation - so very sad. Hopefully the youngest will be ok where he is now, but Paul will need someone strong to minister to him & bring him to God. Unfortunately, Timothy had no chance, because narcissists cannot stand to be seen with anyone who is disabled in anyway because they think themselves as perfect versus everyone else; so Timothy surely is now at peace in God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Odd too that there was an objection to the prosecutor asking if the plants had ever missed a meal. I get it, it is argumentative, but doesn't it show just how callous this person is? That the reason she is here is because she had no mercy when it came to her poor dead son, but did care about her plants. I'm sure Timothy would have loved some of that empathy.

He was isolated, cold, with no food, standing with hands on his head for hours facing a wall, and asking for permission to use the bathroom. Did he have to hold it? Hunger pains? Timothy was Handcuffed and shackled by people who were supposed to love and protect him. I imagine his thoughts and feelings and being alone. Unimaginable…

If you have truly been through an abusive, traumatic childhood, the LAST thing you’d want to do is repeat that same behavior over again, against your child. I am so damn tired of hearing that excuse. Edit: I know this isn’t reality. But from MY experience with abuse and neglect, I truly cannot understand why and how people continue the cycle. I went to school with Timothy(he went by the name Tim Tim) from 6-9th grade before he moved to Michigan. He was the sweetest kid and was always the happiest person in the room. We loved him and he loved us. The signs of abuse were so obvious but as kids we didn’t understand what abuse signs looked like. His cloths were nasty and too small for him he had holes in his shirts because he chewed the collar. He had to have his head shaved ball multiple times because he got lice so much and he smelled terrible and who knows how often he had taken showers. Every day at lunch he would walk around and ask everyone if he can have their milk or food they wouldn’t eat and he would hurry over to his table and try to down it all I’m guessing that was because he wasn’t allowed to eat at home and maybe get in trouble if he brought it home and if he didn’t finish it during lunch he would put it all in his back pack and eat it or drink it during class. I wish they described tim Tim’s personality more in the trial. He was such a good kid. I remember they had our entire class sit in the gym while we waited for something and he sang a song for all of us. I just wish I could go back and give him a hug and tell him he was worth something. Years later and I still can’t get over his death it just can’t get over how a personality like his can just disappear. I’m a senior in highschool now and still think about him all the time. The rage I have for his mother is beyond words I saw her one time at the school and you could see in her eyes how she had no care for him I wish I could’ve seen the signs

She's not crazy, she's a walking characterological disorder: a disorder of MORAL character. She's either a narcissist, a borderline (most likely), or a sociopath. These people walk amongst us and especially flock to extremist religions, extremist politics, lead cults, and are abusers of all types. Domestic abusers who are male abuse their spouse and children. The female domestic abusers abuse and control their children, and manipulate their spouses (often with sex and/or flattery). There are so many of these people in society, and they get away with beating, controlling, abusing, and neglecting their children because people "don't want to interfere". They especially love to homeschool their kids so no one outside of her range of control (teachers and administrators) can't report the abuse and neglect (or the child falling asleep in class). They'll deprive them of medical care if their is no spouse/family member to make them take the child to see a physician or dentist.

She is now an amazing woman who's a functioning member of society and has 2 kids of her own. She loves and cares for animals and people alike. She has never done anything like this to her kids. It doesn't matter what or where you came from. Once you become an adult, eventually, you are responsible for your own actions, regardless of what you have been through. This woman and the older brother have NO excuse for what they put their victim through. Regardless of what has been done to them.

All four of her children but the youngest from a different husband were removed by child protective for abuse and neglect from both parents, then at one point and after it was only the father who was able to regain custody of all four kids he was told point blank by the judge at the time he was given custody that the mother was never to be around any of them unsupervised until 18 and how the father is not being charged with dumping his vulnerable child on this abusive monster is bizarre to me. I can see how the oldest son became involved because this was done gradually by his mother who kept saying that this was what needed to be done for Tim's own good. Add to it Paul being an abused neglected child himself I can see why even though his mind knew it was wrong he kept going along with it.
