11:08 "Is this why they hired me?" I find this scene kind of funny given who the writers are. As far as I can tell these writers aren't fans of the source material, and probably never even consumed it outside of what was needed to make this show. Furthermore, they've outright said they can't write legal dramas, which one would think would be needed to write a superhero lawyer. And of course all these diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives end up elevating people not based on merit, but based on victimhood status. These writers seem like the exact kind of people that would be hired this way.

9:49 "This isn't even the first time we've had to deal with a Hulk in the family" Something about the way he delivers this line sounds so nonchalant and dismissive, which I suppose is pretty common fair for MCU jokes that end up taking the seriousness and emotion out of pivotal moments in their own lore (e.g. Thor's "R.I.P. Loki" tattoo in Thor Love and Thunder). This show could have explored what it was like being friends and family of Bruce and what he went through. What did they think when he was on the run? What did they think when he joined the Avengers? What did they think when Hulk killed all those innocent people and decimated cities? What did they think when Hulk disappeared into space? Did the family get harassed for what Bruce/Hulk did? They treat the Hulk like their son that got a toxic girlfriend or their daughter that got caught up with some bad partying habits. Yes, this is a She-Hulk show, but this is something you'd think would be worth exploring. Heck, why not have such perceptions influence She-Hulk's reluctance to embrace her Hulk side after seeing what happened when Bruce became the Hulk? I guess this just isn't a story that the writers want to tell... because of course it isn't.

Of course all that stuff is crap the whamen writers made up so that they could not violate the MCU rules of female heroes. 1. a female hero is never to be shown being dominated by a male 2. a female hero must always be portrayed as the victim of any situation especially the ones she directly causes. 3. a female hero must be better at using any super power copied from a male hero immediately after gaining said power. 4. a female hero must never be shown struggling to solve a problem or overcome an obstacle. 5. a female hero must never be rescued from any danger even if she does not yet have the super powers that would allow her to handle the problem. 6. a female hero must always be the smartest most capable person in the scene but still treated as incompetent from her perspective. 7. a female hero must respond negatively to all males unless they are specifically flagged as a potential love interest. 8. a female hero's potential love interest must be a male model who has nothing to contribute to the plot what so ever. 9. a female hero is never overreacting or being irrational. 10. a female hero must always outperform and mock her male peers in any given situation. these are the 10 FEMandments.

@@inazuma3gou I think Lois Lane in Superman and Lois is another great example of how a strong female character can be built. She's married to Superman with 2 kids, one of them having superpowers, and instead of complaining about what she can't do or doesn't have, she accepts it and goes on. She finds out her boss is shady and quits her job and gets a new one that will allow her to tell the truth. Her car gets blown up right in front of her as a warning and what does she do? She tries harder to find dirt on the guy, not because her husband is Superman, but because she morally and mentally strong. She shows us that if she believes something needs to be done, she'll try her best to do it. She's not strong just because she's a woman and all her hardships don't exist just because she's a woman and the shows manages to depict that by showing us that she just keeps it pushing. The same cannot be said about she-hulk who gets fired for being she hulk, gets upset, and then gets hired for being she-hulk and is still upset. I can already see the path that this show is headed down, I can only hope that it gets better but I'm not getting my hopes up

I love the “it’s because a woman made it” argument. It’s always the defensive tactic with these people. The creator behind the manga that later become one of my favorite series of all time, Fullmetal Alchemist, is the female artist Hiromu Arakawa. I wasn’t even aware of that fact until I ran into it somewhere online. To be honest I think many people including myself don’t look at things like directors, authors, etc. What matters to me is the heart that goes into it and that shows when the story and characters captivate you. I’m not delving into content to see a relatable character that looks like me. Instead I regard it like looking into someone’s else’s lives and observing their problems and character development. A relatable moment is just a bonus. I have a feeling that a lot of the people who demand a character that looks and acts exactly like them have a hard time listening and empathizing.

4:55 That actually makes me honestly curious..._are_ there any male super characters (hero, villain, or sidekick) that are derivatives of female super- characters? I mean, I can't think of any off the top of my head, but there's got to be at _least_ a couple, right? Actually opens itself up for some unique comedic possibilities..."'Eyeballeatrix-Man'...? You mean Eyeballeatrix was a woman? I thought they were, like, a robot or a big amoeba or something." "You've heard people call her a 'she'!" "Yeah, but they call _boats_ 'she,' too. The writing in this show feels exactly like George Costanza flying to Firestone in Akron, OH to deliver his "Jerk Store" zinger. All of these writers have lived some of these events, like the male colleague giving criticism, or the aggressive males outside a bar, and I am sure and it was awful for them without disrespecting their emotions in those moments. But now we are being exposed to their fantasy responses that have eaten them alive internally for years in almost every scene of this show, which appears more like a multimillion dollar therapy session than an entertainment piece.

These writers (and the lead actress) are not attractive enough to experienced any of these "catcalling" moments in real life. If anything, they WISH they could experience male harassment, so they can then have victim points and use that to whine their way to the stop instead of just being pampered, upper middle class white women with easy lives and no talent. If anything, the "oppression" moments is the true fantasy, and She Hulk reacting to them is just doubling down.

Is it a bad faith review if a Christian gives a bill mahar special a 1 star review? You are allowed to reject something based on principal alone. However you can't claim something is perfect just because you like the premise. So only the 10 star reviews can be counted as "bad faith" because nobody is paying to 1 star this series en masse.

When I saw the szene when her Boss fired her in a Bar for saving peoples lives, I only had one thought... "Well this is a home run multy million $ lawsuit! So where will they go with this show, now that she is going to be extremely rich?" Well, stupid me... I completely forgot that the "stunning and brave" writers have no clue whatsoever about the law... while writing a law show! I am so stupid! And then, just a view minutes later she is offered a new job as the HEAD of an ENTIRE Division! But now in a PRIVATE law firm, not the goverment run DAs office. And he tells her "Think about it." Once again I thought... "Well she will talk to her friend... they will try to outsmart him (cause white old man bad) in negotiations about money, benefits, payed maternaty leave, health insurance... like they did talking about the Avengers!" Before even getting to the End of that thought she just said YES! I mean... what the hell? Where is this show going? Why do they write her character like this? Why is noone in the room realizing how extremely stupid they make their MAIN CHARACTER, while simultaniously everybody around her just calls her stunning, brave and intelligent, but EVERYTHING she does and says is stupid as hell! Just... WHY? And I am not even talking about her (or the writers to be honest) rant about how bad it is to be hired because of your genetics, and not your actuall qualifications for the job. You know her rantig about how everybody looks at her while knowing she only got the job cause she is a Hulk, not because she is a hard worker and intelligent lawyer... and how good all those white man have it... cause they had to work hard and earn their job and how she hates them for that. Cause knowing what we know about casting and hiring of this show, this is a level of stupid never seen before. People who were just hired cause they are women (mostly even women of color) complain about how wrong it is to be a diversity hire! And on top of that, how they hate people who got their job through hard work and dedication! I... They... I mean... If... This... I... its just .. I dont know what to say!

And never about the quitting of the staff due to poor work conditions. Sure there are articles and news about it, but do they ever being promoted by their actors and actresses who care so much about social issues. Of course not. Good God if they ever talk about that after the show aired they would lose the contract.
