you dont smile much, and make a big show out of it.. just some honest observation here. the tv show "and now! we gonna have this topic! after the show! stay tuned!" vibe is old. "with us" to our listeners? you take too much place let the guest shine, you make a big intro about you and your show more than about the guest, the interview is nice but the vibe of your being important host and very official isnt too nice. just my 2 cent ! dont have to keep any or love or hate, peace! thx for vegan content. dont have to put host next to your name, you are the one asking question with the television fox news voice we know your the host. youd shine more with less ego trip, its you and your content we want, not the cute background shirt and official voice. once conversation start your great tho!

@@Dolcevita_bakes All I can say is give the starch Solution a try! I followed the 50/50 plate at each meal, and was very happy with the food. Believe me, I was a junk food vegan! Once I landed on this lifestyle I felt sooo much healthier. Weight loss for me (post-menopausal) is slow (think molasses in Siberia slow) but consistent. 3lbs per month, but I am happy with this plan like I have been with no other. I was introduced to a vegan diet by one of my sisters as she is in recovery from having colon cancer. I was vegetarian in my 20s but the dairy and oil consumption kept me from losing weight then. @@tammyanders4672 No, that's a misunderstanding. I am saying eating the SAD or some low-carb fitness guru diet while trying to stay slim is a starving and binge eating cycle. The starch solution diet is great, except the low-fat part is outdated, the data shows 60g of healthy fat like from nuts and seeds have even more benefits than 30g. But besides that, it's a great diet and has nothing to do with binge eating. Keep on munching starch!

That can happen in Finland, because scientists and officials constantly raise theoretical concerns about veganism. For example, when vegan children were found to have much higher folate levels than omnivores - "It's been thought to be healthy, BUT..." And when vegan children's cholestherol levels were optimal, that was seen as "a potential risk", too, because that low cholestherol levels aren't "normally" seen. Go figure! Finnish Heart Research Association runs add on TV: "Heart attack can strike whenever, wherever and to anybody!" Well, they should have added: "...that follow our advise to eat processed meats." When I watched What The Health, I thought: Fortunately it's not like that in Finland. How awfully wrong I then was. Very few doctors dare to question the "good quality" / "optimality" of animal protein". Furthermore, eggs are said to be healthy - what ever the science shows.

Was on Keto diet for a while and followed it 100%. Lost 2 lbs. had my blood drawn and my doctor wanted to put me on statin. I talked her into switching to plant based diet and have my blood check in 3 months. I have been on plant based diet since end of May 2021 and have not loose any weight. I do not cook with oil but I snack on crackers and nuts so that will be my next step is to eliminate that from my diet. I also exercise every day. Hopefully I will get where I need to be plus i am in pre menopause and all my excess fat is at my belly. Best of luck to you all with your weight loss journey 💗

I totally agree with Kiki, the predominant health advise from the experts for years was awful, your story sounds like my story too!! Thanks for what you do!❤️

Great interview! As a 50 something, I struggled with my weight for decades, and would always dread 'going on a diet' because I knew that meant I would constantly be hungry. Not till well after I went vegetarian, then mostly vegan and now keep much better track of my fat intake can I relax. Sad to watch people struggle doing it the hard way when there's an easier way...Thanks for sharing!

Your channel has given me so much hope. I have hypothyroidism, PCOS, and I am pre diabetic. My mom went plant based and reversed her hypothyroidism. I started looking up plant based nutrition and thyroid health and I wasn’t able to find much in the way of research except with a few Doctors in India, so I was wary. Hearing how many successes people have had with turning their whole health around is so encouraging. I can’t wait to jump all in to a vegan lifestyle. Thank you so much!!!

Haha, love it. 6 hours of Barnhard in the car, sounds just like me and my husband listening to WFPB/Gut health podcasts and audiobooks on our road trips! We are both vegans and passionate about gut health and our hero (besides Chuck Carroll, of course, and Greger and Barnhard and all the other plant doctors) is Will Bulsiewizs, and even my kids are more and more interested in "the little friends in our gut" and how to make food our medicine. :D Love love love it!
