Sooo the problem isn’t Snow White, it’s the whole movie. Who thought it was a good idea to romanticize a 31 year old man with a 14 year old girl??? I mean… I don’t know its just a little… weird. You know?

There is a story where the Queen was still alive and went to Snow White's wedding thinking she was someone else. Snow recognized her and she was punished by having to "dance at the prince's and Snow White's wedding in Red-Hot Iron Shoes". Imagine dancing on fire or hot rocks at your enemy's wedding

I think we already knew most of this. Something Matt Pat figured out that we didn't know, was how Snow White woke up. It wasn't the kiss that saved her, at all. The Apple she bit was poisoned with a berry called deadly nightshade. The Apple was covered with just enough to make her fall asleep. The way to wake up someone from a coma, when dealing with nightshade in them, is to make them inhale sut, which is the dust you pick up from mining. It wasn't the Prince that saved her, but the seven dwarfs. It does make sense, when you think about it.

Also, the original story never mentions the prince's age. Likely he was around 7 also. And he didn't kiss her in that version. The apple piece fell out of her mouth while they were moving the coffin

The dwarves are evil because they think she's pretty? Wot? The prince is evil because he was told only he could break the curse by true love's kiss and sent on the quest to save her? Did you notice he fought a dragon? Nearly died? No? Should have left her asleep forever right? The modern woman? Maybe.

Other disturbing details: It's been suggested that the prince was actually the angel of death and he was taking her to heaven at the end of the movie. Apparently the story was inspired by a real incident in which a girl who had been friendly with a group of miners had been poisoned by a jealous rival and died. Children in the time and region where Snow-white took place were forced to work in the mines since they were more common than dwarves.

About a Mirror: I think it's magic is mostly about telling the truth and only truth, and even if it have the face, it isn't a person, it doesn't have any thoughts or free will. It will only do the thing it is created to, that is telling the truth. And most od the time mirror was telling a Queen she's the fairiest(?) On the world, because it's been thruth

Woher weißt du, dass Schneewittchen in der Originalgeschichte 7 Jahre alt war. Zudem muss man unterscheiden, wie die Gesellschaft heute ist und wie damals. In der Zeit, in der die Geschichte vermutlich spielt, wurden viele Mädchen als Kindsbraut verheiratet. Ab 12 Jahren war es sogar legal. Ob das überall so war, weiß ich nicht, aber dies habe ich in vielen Geschichten bereits gelesen.
