did you dial indicate the hole of the rotary table using the spindle? After that, you need to dial indicate the flywheel as well so that it is running true to the rotary spindle. This is if you what high accuracy.

HELLO AS POINTED OUT YOUR FLYWHEEL CLAMP IS LOOSE CAUSE? YOU HAVE THE CLAMP DOWNWARD FORCE CLAMPING MORE ON THE SPACER BLOCK RATHER THEH THE OTHER WAY TO THE PIECE------------ NOTE THE TOP OF THE CLAMP ANGLE OF THE CLAMP. IT SHOULD BE LEVEL TO THE TABLETOP AT THE VERY LEAST OR BACK END HIGHER THEN THE FRONT THUS PUTTING THE CLAMP FORCE TO THE PIECE.
