I started mounjaro around November 2023. I began eating less the first week. NO SIDE EFFECTS. By the end of February I lost 30 lbs and reached my ideal weight of 182, I was on 10 mg and noticed I was actually losing too much weight too fast. I had my Dr dial it back to 7.5 mg and I've maintained 182 ever since. I take this medication for type 2 diabetes but am absolutely thrilled with the end results. I can actually eat snacks and my blood spike is both minor and for a very short time (freestyle libre 3 cgm) the combination of meds I take does the trick. 10:02

I've been on 2.5 for a month so when I go to my Doctor appointment in February will discuss with him on if I should stay at 2.5 or go up to 5.? But I'm not wanting to stay on this medication for life. Good to get my blood work results and hopefully it's going to be good news. But have only lost about 4 to 5 pounds this month

The first few months on Semeglutide I would get so tired and feel nauseous after 24-48 hours. Now on 10th month I rarely feel tired or sick. I am also on the highest dose. But I also can eat a little more than o wasn’t able to make more than a few bites months ago. I hope the shots keep me feel full quickly for however long I’m on the shots. 🤞🏼

I just took my first shot this afternoon with this weight loss clinic the 2.5 I don’t feel anything as yet excited though. That’s exactly what I did I took it at 2 and slept I just woke up. I don’t feel any side effects yet I’m kind nervous

Thank you so much for this video. I started Zepbound 2.5mg this week, and had the worst acid reflux. I took it at 1pm, and it hit around 2am. This is wonderful advice,,, next shot I'll switch it to 10pm, so that when the reflux hits... I won't be lying down. TY!

Omg use the NYX peach color corrector in the 6 pan corrector palette BEFORE concealer. You are about to be excited. Issue solved. There are others but NYX is cheap and better than all. Elf holds the second slot. I've used lancome, Chanel, huda, KKW, ...10 others. The best creamy, mature eyes corrector is NYX. I'm 51.

What time do you go to bed? I stay up nightly until about midnight (retired) and need to know hours from your dose to bedtime. My med is on its way to me. So, first timer here! I’d rather sleep through side effects.

They say to take it on the same day each week. Like if you started on Wednesday then take it Wednesday the next week. What if you waited a day or two past that? Would that be okay? How would that affect a person if they delayed taking it? I would think if your body does not feel it needs it yet, then why take it exactly weekly when you could delay a few days……. Just wondering.

I’ve been on ozempic for almost 2 years for diabetes. I haven’t lost anything. And I’m allergic to Mounjaro so that’s not an option for me. Oh well.

So question, I am finally on the 10 mg dose and only down 18 pounds. Once I started giving the shot in my thigh, I started losing vs my tummy..thanks for those tips!!🥰 Still extremely constipated; what do you recommend for this? Wonder why I am not losing if I am not eating but OMAD? No real side effects besides the severe constipation.

I'm on 15.1 and for the last 3 weeks of 12.5 I started getting silent reflux. Which had agitated a muscle in my throat that has caused a filling of a grape like lump in the bottom of my throat. It has been there 24/7 for 3 weeks and gives me a choking filling, which gets enhanced from my panic attacks. I had been able to tolerate most side effects and it just came out of no where. I had gotten a CT on my throat which was negative but there is a word and I probably will get it wrong from spelling it called globis or something like that which can cause swelling from agitating that muscle from silent reflux. I'm sorry for thr KZfaq name I play video games and use the name in thoughs as well.

My healthcare provider wants me losing 1-2 lbs a week as any more I will be losing muscle. You’re losing 1.5 lbs a week which is the perfect amount to allow your body to adjust without losing mostly muscle. As Elizabeth says “it’s a marathon, not a sprint!”

Increase the dosage every 3 to 4 months by your doctor you will see if you can handle the nausea symptoms de effects weight fly off. Highest dose is 15mg so you have a ways to go before that.
