Hi Lisa, I add flour to the white wine sauce to turn it into a thick sauce, then I eat the lot with toasted bread or pasta. It’s moreish! Great kitchen, very spacious!

This looks so delicious! I would love to know how you are able to make Zoodles from a zucchini using the spiralover like that. I try to do it on mine and the zucchini just falls right off of the spiralizer. Any tips you can advise would be greatly appreciated.

Lisa I’ve heard you say that you sneak in vegetables. That makes people think the vegetables are not good. I remember my son when he was in second grade he said mom why do the kids all say oh I don’t like vegetables he goes. Just so happens we have a pound of jumbo shrimp and zucchini. I had some dental work this week and teeth need a rest from meat for a few days. This will be perfect for tomorrow, but will add a baguette and salad. Would love to know where you got the plate and bowl you served up the shrimp dishes.
