I love Andi video but am very busy with moving, am a person even with right knee problem and please not a lot of sit down makes really sleepy and i do go to bed early i like to really move around

Hi, I have just completed 1 of 5 seated programme as I am post operative for foot surgery, where can I find the other 4 programs please? I do so enjoy silver sneakers programs, thank you.
