Qigong to build a supple sinew body and relieve joint pain. In TCM the sinews are called the Huang. We can increase mobility and decrease chronic pain by developing our huang through Silk Reeling, a special form of Chi Kung exercise that lubricates and opens the connective tissues.

Hey Nick, Thank you so much for all your free lessons available! I love them. Did yoga for a while and right now i feel like Qi Gong is the thing my body needs. We are sitting so much in life. I love all those standing exercises in qi gong.

❤ dank u Nick ,ik geniet ook van de beelden en geluiden van de natuur. Ik woon op een appartement en vermits het hier nu in onze streek al maanden guur slecht weer is is het niet prettig buiten regen storm ! Ik probeer zo veel mogelijk te bewegen samen met jou en zwemmen ,yoga enzovoort .

Doctor gave okay to do this with my rheumatoid arthritis - did this practice this morning - AMAZING! - my joints and mood feel so much better! Love the instruction and flow of this video!

The perfect routine to return me to qigong. A long bout with plantar fasciitis this summer prevented me from doing standing exercises. Now that's resolved, I'm so happy to be back to it! Nick, your content is amazing as ever. 💙

wonderful thanks Nick, do you have a way of feeling the qi through the arm for bringing the hands down to the sides, I can't seem to coordinate the elbows. I assume shoulders relax first but maybe its not always the case. I'm sure I can feel it when I have more energy. Do you follow muscle tendon class or have a routine of some kind? I hope you enjoy making videos because they're awesome! I guess you have a teacher as well? Do you practise spontaneous/freestyle qi gong?
