Мои ровесники почти все так умели разделывать , только некоторые это делали быстрее , чем этот парень. Я тоже умею так , но медленнее чем этот парень , потому , что делаю это не так часто . Я думал сначала что он из нашего народа , пока не увидел лебёдку ( чтобы подвешивать) . Мы подвешиваем без такого приспособления.

Not sure exactly mate, as it was a while ago. Would have been 15-20 minutes all up at a guess.

I try this way of skining but i need more practice. I am not proffesional and my sheeps have longer wool and because that I have too much dirt on the meat. Sorry for my english. Greetings from Croatia.

What is the point of hanging the lamb to skin it when at the end , you allow the removed skin and the internal organs to mix with the dirt.

Easier to skin and gut while hanging. Internal organs are often buried and skin can be cleaned and tanned. Pretty much same procedure for beef, pork and deer.
