I love those mobility moves. Specially as you get older and stiffer. Also very meditative and help with self awareness and proprioception. 🙏 Great content as always. 👍

Happy to see Kajan so successful. He fought guys from our club when he was 16 and fighting out of Bill Mahoud's club. I didn't even recognize him at first. But Kajan is one of very few from BC to get to biggest show on earth, UFC. Massive props!
