It’s so infuriating to see him say that David does pressure ppl into doing stuff but when multiple ppl came out and said that he did do that all of his friends lied for him and gaslit the victims

He defended David up until he suddenly had a revelation that David didn't have his back even though apparently everyone knew how David was behind the scene. He defended his friend invading Ethan's privacy with the excuse that the guy previously went to jail... Is he insinuating that his friend still belongs in jail? Go sue David and be done with this, they're both questionable human beings who seem to only look out for what benefits themselves.

Imagine, god forbid, Jeff did pass away from this accident and David and his crew would still spin the situation. Makes me sick

This is something that should be solved in court and not on the internet.

I noticed something weird. Why would David screen record Jeff's dm 2 hours after he sent it? .....wouldn't he have been in the hospital with Jeff? Why tf was he screen recording that? He was trying to cover his ass the moment Jeff's face hit metal.

The video Jeff sent to David is such a reach because he literally opened it after the accident…

No one talks about the fact that the screenshot David shows said “2 hr ago” meaning that he had intended to use it against Jeff from the start. He’s not a good person regardless of whose idea it was

Did Jeff agree to get on the rope, yes. Just like all the other people (or person) before Jeff. Did he agree for David to spin it that fast, no and that's the only thing that matters.

David said that "communication was bad" but how hard is it to text someone you nearly KILLED? If that were me, I would be in constant communication. David's truly trying to manipulate the audience. David mentioned that it was the "worst thing that happened to him"... How is that the worst thing that happened to him when he's not the one getting 10+ surgeries in like 1-2 years. David's brain isn't rated a 4/10.

Jeff doesn't need to worry about David claiming that the excavator thing was his own idea. Every other video David has ever made shows a pattern of behavior of him pushing the limits of the people around him and the situations he is in.

The only thing I really want is for Jeff to sue David and be done with it. Jeff is CRIPPLED because of David's actions. Jeff deserves financial compensation for the physical injuries inflicted on him, the emotional harm caused to him and all the time that he has to spend now to fix his brain damage and to be able to see out of one of his two eyes. He will never gain the health he had before the excavator incident. And that's David's fault. David should answer for it.

Both Jeff and Davis’s antics really have all the drama channels working overtime- we love to see it. 💖

I feel bad for Jeff, he felt that David did not want him to exist after his injury (which David probably didn’t because it looks bad) but Jeff was most likely depressed after his surgeries and could have been suicidal as well. Imagine his feelings being amplified once David ignored him and excluded him from his videos and trips. David is a bad guy, he’s using words carefully because there are legal consequences looming

The stem cell thing is so sick like why would David make Jeff pay half?? He clearly doesn’t think it’s completely his fault. Jeff saved him from jail. David should pay for anything Jeff needs regarding the accident.

Honestly David's podcast was terrible for him. Admitting responsibility will cause Jeff's lawyers to swoop in and run with it.

I just find it sad how David is the common denominator between Jeff and a lot of creators problems, he’s either hurt people emotionally or physically and big companies still stand behind him and a lot of his subscribers still watch him and enjoy his content when he has created massive life lasting issues for many many people. David should just slip away from the internet. I’m glad I’m not a fan or watcher of either of their content anymore because airing out your issues with someone who could have a changed personality or emotions since the incident is really not a good look, same as the size jokes on nick and the countless sexual misconducts that have happened around him or because of him, just general shitty evil person behaviour.

This entire thing has been handled so poorly. There were a million different things David could have done to de-escalate the situation. I feel like Jeff’s reactions are all natural and any one of us would be extremely pissed off and hurt if our friend brushed us under the rug like that. David has been told for YEARS to chill out or someone will get hurt for his vlogs. Someone got hurt and he’s trying to not talk about it and not confront it. Sure he’s talking about it now but the accident happened 2 years ago. Not a good look. You can tell it’s not for Jeff and it’s for himself

From a business perspective - this situation has always made very little sense. It makes 0 sense how David/Natalie wouldn't have insurance coverage to protect their employees (vlog squad members) or NDAs for that matter. Jeff could still sue - so I don't understand how it hasn't come to that. Plus, if everything Jeff was saying was actually a lie, David could sue Jeff. So why is there such a huge absence of any legal presence here? Why wouldn't David have stunt insurance? Why wouldn't they get Jeff to sign an NDA in exchange for paying for his surgeries? Why wasn't there some sort of settlement? They all need better lawyers.
