So happy that you are doing Pilates on the reformer. I’m going 3-4 times per week now and love it. When doing legwork, I usually have my eyes closed and find it very zen. For those of you considering it, many places offer more of a stretching based class, which are usually a little easier and get you familiar. Most places will also do a free intro class or you can try a private lesson.

I weight myself every morning for accountability. 78 lbs down this morning I’m on mounjaro 10 that’s my sweet spot. 14 months in on this journey and loving every minute of it! I just talked to my NP about this. I have always been tired on day 1. When I went up to 10 two months ago, I’m tired all the time. She told me split it to 5 and 5. I will be doing that for my next shot. I pray it works

🗓️ I had mentioned doing this in your last video about splitting doses. :) you needed the full dose to start the week and then the half dose half way through the week to get that boost. I am sooo happy to hear that it is working better for you this way! ❤ For those thinking it it 1 1/2 doses per week, that it only partially true during the first week. After that, it is still only 1 full dose per week, it’s just broken up differently. 🗓️

So furst week you had 22 5. Monday 15 Thursday 7.5.. Do you continue 7.5 monday 7.5 thurday. Otherwise you are double dosing 🗓📅

it appears from her presentation that only this first week is 22.5, next week and thereafter will be back to the normal 15mg split across one week. I am curious how she feels after next week when she is back to regular dose (7.5mg Monday and 7.5mg on Thursday). I have a feeling's she's only going to benefit this week due to the 22.5 bump this week. I hope it works for her! but we will need to wait and see!

@@lmktacwayes might need to give the body a couple of weeks to see if it works. I believe this split dosing is a placebo effect on a lot of people.

I started to split mine once i got to 10mg last week...it helps with my hunger unless its my exercise day then I'm extra hungry no hunger noise at all. Taking the shot for me at one time I was hungry by the third day even if I went up in dosage and my diet remained the same.

I love watching your videos, and I take so much advice you have given. I have stayed at .5mg of semaglutide for 3 months as I'm still losing weight. I'm very intrigue of splitting the dose that you are explaining. So, I understand you take 15mg on Monday, and on Thursday you take 7.5mg, and another 7.5mg on Monday. So, does that mean you will never take 15mg again if you keep splitting it to 7.5mg on Monday and Thursday. Or on the 2nd week do you take the 15mg again? I'm sorry I got confused!!

You never take the full one again . You start with full and then you do half every half week . The reason is that the medication looses its effectiveness half way through the week . So if you load your body with a full shot , halfway through the week you do half of it and you get full effectiveness again . And you continue it every 3.5 days . Does that make sense?

….. and this is probably why Lilly will not release the vials - one day when someone changes up the dosing and resulting something detrimental happens - we are a sue happy nation. Not saying creating your own dealing schedule is bad, folks have to do what works for them I guess - just saying not really the recommendation by the manufacturer.

Countess, have you noticed appetite suppression is not as strong on the compound vs. The pen? I've been on the pen since march but have the compound now as well, and it seems like I'm hungrier more often and quicker. I'm on day 5 of the shot, which I know it's at its half-life, but I just feel like it's not as strong.

@jenf836 well, probably 2 months. I am still getting the pen thru my insurance, but in-between (long story), I was doing compound. But it wasn't 2 months straight. For 1 month, it was the pen, then the following month, the compound.

No in the U.S. mounjaro and Zepbound do not have clicks, each pen is one single weekly dose and you get four in a box.

@@Budgetwithapurpose it probably doesn't matter but I would try to do it near each other so they absorb at similar rates. Note that people who take 15mg of compound versions do 2 shots like that because the needle only holds 10mg so they do a 10mg then a 5mg shot (using 2 different needles)

Traveled all day on flights and I treated my zep pens like babies! I put the hard case in an insulated lunch bag and used your idea to use a wash cloth to protect pens. I am purchasing a rebounder (small, indoor trampoline with a handle to hold on to). 5 solid minutes on it = 30 minutes of brisk walking. I'm in SC, walking outside isn't happening here right now. Treadmills are great but take up too much room.📅
