It’s been kind of funny to see how people react to Yuri being a major siscon…. I’ve seen people get revolted by it, just think it’s funny to watch and just thinking it’s fine. Always interesting to see different reaction.

As a long time manga reader, I wanna share some thoughts about my interpretation of Yuri's siscon obsession that I think a lot of people don't really think about - Yuri not only sees Yor as his sister, but also his mother figure since she raised him alone, and his ONLY family member. If my older sister were to get married to someone, I wouldn't intervene too much. But Im sure most people would be very protective of their mother, let alone if their mother was their only family member left and married some guy I have never heard of. I also hear a lot of people comment on the "I wanna marry you when I grow up!" thing Yuri said as a child. A lot of kids say that to their parents or siblings because they don't fully understand the concept of familial love and marriage, and most of them don't mean it the way we interpret it as adults do. As for whether or not he still wants to marry Yor, I don't think so because he mentioned in ep 2 that he would be willing to help Yor find a husband because he wants her to be happy. Is he unhealthily obsessed with his sister? Yes for sure but it's not completely unreasonable considering his upbringing. But is he incestuous and still wants to marry his sister? I don't think so. I'd love to hear your thoughts too :D edit: additional thoughts, the way his obsession is portrayed would definitely raise some eyebrows from viewers, me included. we can blame that on japan's culture of normalizing weird things in media

15:20 I don't know, I thought he removed the bug quickly because of the risk of her finding it and suspecting him. Specially since he knows she's so perceptive (like when they first met).

I don’t think Yuri would know about Anya because he’s only 20 and was recruited to the secret police a year ago. It also seems to me that the secret police is an anti-espionage unit and may not be privy to secret government experimental projects. And yes, it was sad to see Twilight doubt Yor, plant a listening device on her, and go as far as to drive her into a corner through that secret police act, but you have to remember that his job and main priority is espionage. He has to put his emotions aside. That being said, we see him actually fail as a spy (as he often self-reflects) when it comes to this family, such as when he punched the table and abruptly left the school interview because they made Anya cry, and in this episode, as you two pointed out, he may have removed the listening device sooner than he should have. I can’t wait to see the day that everyone’s feelings fully bloom and this trio truly becomes a real family. ^_^

Great analysis at the end there. I think easily my favorite part of the episode was Anya sensing Loid's doubt in Yor and not being able to tell him that she's not what he thinks she is. She could so easily solve the conflict but can't because she'd give herself away, and the fact that she's a little girl just trying to keep this family she's found together makes it so much more heartbreaking and then heartwarming at the end when they've made up. Also, Loid telling Yor that pretending to be something your not can be exhausting was so him speaking from experience, and Yor saying she's glad she decided to marry him...😍

2:10 : AHAHAH ! i waited this moment when they put the intro just at this moment (as the last episode when the outro came). The Double Frustration they put on us. Your reaction was the same as me. 😂

I was wondering if Yor got even more embarrassed after Loid looked away before the kiss. She might have felt Loid was rejecting her advances hence why she tried to slap him.

8:40 now we can figure out Twilight and Operation Strix already get info of Yuri's superior at least his voice and appearance.(also, they didn't have info about Yuri until Loid noticed) I read some of S×F fans's theory that someday we can see the scene Loid kisses Yor definitely because Yor's code name is Thorn Princess aka sleeping beauty and Yor's last name 'Briar' comes from 'Briar Rose', the sleeping beauty princess's name of disney. I really agree with this theory and I guess and hope someday story develops Yor is in troble and needs prince=Loid's kiss!!!
