Our neighbor owns a cabin in whitefish Montana. He can get $1200 a night for it on airBnb in the peak summer months. It’s right at the entrance to glacier national park. That’s why it’s expensive there. The income potential is very high. It earns nothing in the winter though so be careful if you’re investing!

Los Angeles is a squatters paradise because there are so many rich people vacation mansions and second house mansions that are empty most of the year. Squatters can experience how to live like a billionaire for a week and even a month. Hollywood should make a movie about that. There is a problem paying millions of dollars for LA mountain mansions, California is a State of land slide, wild fire, flood and earthquake. The heavy rain cause the land crack around Travis Scott Scott mansion. T Scott mansion is going to lose half of its value. There is no perfect paradise, In Florida there are hurricanes every summer, In Hawai there are wildfires.

Lets put Ambani's spending into our perspective and say for every Billion he has 10bucks. So he's worth 840 bucks, Rhianna just cost him a whopping 6cents & his mansion was 79 cents, no wonder it was a zoom call!

The old house on the property was 1 story and small, but the edges of the property were extremely well landscaped and mostly not on the new house footprint, but this douche developer ripped everything til the land was 100% dirt, and this new build looks like an oversized tract house, with very basic landscaping now

I have no pity for a home owner of a house of that price range that doesn't have an active alarm system. Alarm goes off, police arrive, squatters don't know the code, owners are called, squatters get arrested, end of story. None of this, it was days, and then someone notice a light on, or someone stopped by and realized people were living in it. No, alarm goes off, intruders get arrested. I just learned here in Colorado it's even easier if you get squatters, you can sign a legal form that will instantly get the squatters kicked out, but you are responsible for legal fees if you lose to them in court (if they can prove that they were legally able to be in the home, which they can't because they're squatters), but even my little home here we have a $20/mo monitored alarm system and the one time its gone off while we were on vacation, the police were there within 10 minutes.

It’s because of the poor incompetence leadership. By the democrats/liberals. They are soft on crime. Because they feel more sorry for the criminals than any poor victims. It’s all insane. Crazy. Because they are. Why the country is in trouble too. Why we need better leadership. Republican. Hopefully most out there will use their brains and vote Republican. Trump. 👍

What if government tried to tell you what you could do with your car? If someone steals it your told you shouldn't of left it parked alone? If you buy something it's yours and no one should have a right to mess with it or take it!

I do enjoy the real estate aspect of your channel, but PLEASE never turn down the "Celebrity Interest" angles! This video had the best of all content; L.A. squatters in over-priced/over-hyped homes, and the headache to get them out. Celebrity-owned homes and problems all owners have to face....and then Rhianna and the Indian billionaire's pre pre (LOL) wedding shindig and the big-name attendees! As far as offering suggestions, I do enjoy seeing you IRLing and the goings on at different builds. My biggest wish is for you to do some house touring, like Enes Yilmazer does, but I also know that's not what your channel is about...but I can dream 🧞‍♂.

It just feels like the lease system is just so random. I know adding more red tape slows things, down, but if the lease is fake, it's fake. Almost want to say need some sort of cryptographic system, where the owner of the property would need to have a public key on file with the county that will expire or could be expired early with legal help so eventually all leases would need to be signed with the private key to make a basic chain of trust. But the same with thieves messing with deeds, there should be a way to use the technologies we have now to secure things with giant numbers.

I had squatters once, they were ironically killed during a home invasion and the sheisty wearing thug wasn’t ever caught. that darn crook covered all his bases and wasn’t seen by security cameras

Hate to be a stickler but 1 Ambanis home is north west of London. Its a long way from London. Its north of Oxford where Oxford University and 2 "when covid happened" - bunch of people had pneumonia and respiratory issues like any other year. When age, infirmity and underlying conditions take hold the body can't repair itself and pneumonia can be deadly. 2020 did not see all cause mortality rise...There was nothing jumping from a bat or "created in a lab."

Squatters would worry me about AirBnB. Even just taking a holiday, or having it unoccupied while you sell it. Even just renting it to people with sketchy friends. Not much about squatters in this video. Clickbait?
