Bought myself one last week after setting it up I realize that you can get very very low to the fretboard without any fret buzzing at all the guitar neck is extremely smooth and the Sound quality is extremely nice the thing that I'm most impressed with though is how low I could adjust the strings to the fretboard without any fret buzzing good review brother and you play that guitar very well enjoy 👍😎

Great review! Love the guitar! My white affinity tele was supposed to arrive yesterday, but too much snow, so still delayed. 😭 squire’s doing some good things. Might have to get me one of these too.

Have owned a Squire Strat since 93….came with a Floyd Rose Tremelo system…and I added a Titanium nut….insane guitar…just bought this one…a 2022.model and going to do the same thing…add a Floyd Rose and a titanium nut….it comes Thursday…cannot wait…have owned Fender Strats….prefer the Squier😊…it just feels and sounds right and is pretty much 5 x less than what you pay for in essentially the same guitar in a Fender Strat…..no brainer on this one.

@@Lawrence39350 The main giveaway is the bridge. If it is a 2 point tremolo and also an affinity, it is likely the 2022 model. The largest giveaway is the shiny headstock. It is glossy unlike previous models

This one is a little different than the one sold in North America. For starters, your tremolo is a standard 6-point and this model in the US comes with a 2-point, modern trem. Also, the NA model is "Crafted" in China and is nowhere near as nice as you describe this one. Just something to keep in mind for North American buyers.

I don't use any amp and this sound test was through the Interface and yeah this guitar is good for beginners, almost many legends also use squier affinity stratocaster.

Affinity Squire Affinity or Squire Contemporary Strat HSS is good

Mine is Squier fender Stratocaster Affinity series and this has been good to me and contemporary is also good but some more expensive than affinity and that will have HSS so you can choose according to your budget and requirement of playing. Even affinity will have HSS too

@@gaberb Better to avoid make it glossy by ourself but you can go for squier fender classic vibe series, this is glossy by factory made.
