About the Sith... bear in mind that even a guy like Tarkin, who knows what a Jedi is, doesn't understand that Vader isn't one. If a highly placed Imperial guy who participated in the Clone Wars doesn't know what a Sith is, then why the hell does a random Rebel techie who (probably) wasn't even born yet during the Galactic Civil War know about them?

Rey needed training before she could lift mountains. Once she can already do everything including lifting mountains, it was dumb for her to waste time training. I don't think JJ Abrams understood what the fans meant when they said she needed training. If they did insert a training scene, it should have been a scene of Rey remembering the training from earlier. Maybe when Leia died, Rey could have remembered the good times they had training, while they were still looking for Luke, before she could lift mountains.

When you spoke about these characters coming together, this just shows how awful a director and writer Jar Jar Abrams is (shout out to Doomcock). Because it’s earned in the original Star Wars trilogy and in LOTR because these characters have been through so much together.

The thing I hate the most about the entire Disney Star Wars is how they have butchered the legacy characters, Jedi, Sith and lore of the force. Lore has to be treated with respect, but there is something else that comes close to my disdain for that, and that is how the first order AND Final Order's militaries are turned into kids cartoon nazi archetypes and completely don't behave like a military at all. Yet they did a lot of improvements on the Empire's technology. First: Why the hell are the generals and admirals completely incompetent? They are stupid as hell. Second. Why does Kylo not behave like a Supreme Commander at the very least? He could have been amazing. And I won't even go into the numbers thing, or the logistics and military structure of Palpatine's so called Sith order, I remember the empire in both movies and games. Good officers got promoted for using their brains to get things Vader or Palpatine wanted done. It was why Tarkin and Thrawn got respected. Yet here, the only competent officer who does his job gets ragdolled by Kylo. If I were designing the first order, i'd have laid out a chain of command where a veteran general would be promoted to supreme leader, not Kylo.

Palpatine, in epI, and III too if I remember correctly, that the sky will rule the galaxy once more, and that they will have revenge. The end battle of this abomination of a movie is literally between a new imperial fleet we never met or heard about in earlier movies and a new rebel fleet we also never met or heard about. The screen is full of mostly people we dont know shit about (and thus cant care about) fighting other people we also dont know shit about (and thus cant care about) Most people who are part of the "trilogy" are irrelevant to its big ending battle where two completely NEW forces appear from nowhere to re-enact the ending battle from "Endgame"..... In return of the jedi obi wan sat on the log at dagobah and patted luke on the back showing how he could interact with physical things, just wanted to clear that up. Plus in the clone wars 2008 series quigon used the force as an incomplete force ghost o levitate many objects, it's not too hard to believe that yoda a complete force ghost could use the force to summon lighting in a world where the force was extremely strong. So yeh force ghosts were always op and i love it.
