@Ep3o 8:15 Colony designation only gives resettlement destination chance so pops more likely come to that world from another one. the transit hub is essentially the opposite and increases the chance for every planet in the system for unemployed pops to resettle to another planet with jobs, housing, and habitability

How advance and powerful in technology, feats, ships, infrastructure, ships, and creatures of endgame Stellaris factions are in comparison to the Forerunners in Halo lore? If we are going by a implied Stellaris lore version instead of strictly limited gameplay? I don't think the endgame crisis factions the Unbidden, Prethoryn Scourge, and Contingency are as deadly and powerful as the Flood became in Halo Silentium where they controlled Precursor technology against the Forerunners. But it us safe to say the Endgame crisis factions are extremely powerful galactic threats just not to the same exact degree as the Flood became. They maybe large threats to other sci fi verses that are below the Forerunners likely such as the Imperium of Man. The Nemesis Stellaris endgame crisis events seems the most powerful since it is capable of ending the galaxy physically destorying all of it and turning the stars into blackholes. Plus the whole Emperor event seems powerful and the Leviathans are huge stellar creatures that are very strong.

How can you play this faction that you play @Ep3o when "Synthetic Gods origin" requires the "Spectrals civic" which in turns requires you species not having the "determined exterminators civic". Which is what is required as of today a.k.a 3rd of november 2023 ? Cuz i can't play with a race like yours cuz of what i said = "Synthetic Gods origin" needing the "spectrals civic" which requires you not having the "determined exterminators civic" for your species. The flavor text for this mod is all wrong, is it not? Isn't The Contingency supposed to be like, a "failsafe" of sorts? Sure, a sick, twisted one, but a "contingency" is exactly that: something you do in case of the unexpected. To that end, and according to the lore the game gives you, it seems like The Contingency is a corrupt galactic (or universal) failsafe to keep organic life from destroying the fabric of reality. This mod makes The Contingency out to be a generic existential threat.

Small bit spoiler here since it didn`t sees like you unlocked the Endtime, so if you don`t wanna know about it don`t real this comment ;) it has a component like titan ships that gives enemy ships debuffs, but slighty stronger, it gives enemy ships: -75% to shield, armor and hull points, -99% weapon damage, -75% weapon fire rate, -80% sublight speed and -100% disengagment chance. while also having a weapon that deals 75k damage and two of the red matter lances with a base 40000p hull points and 20 armor/shield Spaces (at least with gigastructures also on) But it costs 40000 living Metal and 20000 dark matter English ain`t my first language so probably have multiple spilling mistakes

You should play as a raw resource centric empire, you can't produce any rare materials, you have to purchase them. If there are any positive events that grant you manufactured resources, even if it is a small amount. And you can't spam purchase Manufactured resources, you have to purchase them once every five years.
