So I just realized... When you go for synthetic evolution and become robots, what does the empire do with all of the bodies? Cremation? Mass graves? Launch them all into the sun? It's really disturbing once you think about the fact that there would be trillions, maybe even 10s or 100s of trillions of bodies left over.

Actually, hangars and strike craft are incredibly op in the new update, so they probably are better than the regular weapons and much sooner than you think.

Hegemony start is a pain, for some reasons the pop score of your minions seems artificially buffed so they get more Diplo and one ends up suddenly in charge, double so if you don't switch to co-op as your stance for the weight buff

playthroughs where Lath takes over the entire galaxy for real are always my favorite. yes, they might take longer to produce, but it's definitely worth it for me at least. thank you.

If you exit a system with the terraforming animation still playing, then the object stays on the screen, even if you go to a different system. You just need to go to the original system to fix it.

That space gate is a reference to Stargate. More specifically ORI space gate

The best builds I've found for the Scourge is to use arc emitters for your x slot, cloud lightning for large slots, and disruptors for small and medium slots. Since they bypass armor and shields and do direct hull damage. Guardian point defense is also good since it takes down the scourge strike craft while also being energy damage. It allows you to spam energy damage and attack speed repeatables for physics, and then defense platform attack and hull repeatables for industrial.

The reference to the inactive space gate can ore is a reference to the stargate franchise and i love the movies and siries

Dont knoe if you didnt realise it, but ill say it a anyways The new diplomacy system makes it so empires cant sign things like; research agreements, non agression, commercial pacts, etc untill you get to atleast friendly relations

Apparently Scion is really powerful, and can make Barbaric Despoiler 'Hammer of the Gods' runs really interesting; Barbaric/Nobles civics is a fun combo, nobles help keep enslaved pops happy with that sweet sweet stability, oddly. If you try out the new story events in the Gateway state, maybe try a Technocracy/Police State build with fantatic mat and authoritarian or xenophobe? Just gotta make sure to not go synthetic ascension with 'phobe, think you still dislike your own upgraded pops!

I'm currently just about hitting the midgame with a Dominion empire, and I'm scrabbling to get fleet power. Definitely still a novice when it comes to logistics, but learning. Got three Fed members, currently bludgeoning a fourth into submission.

With the strike craft changes in 2.6/Federations, your strike craft will act as anti-their strike craft, and vice versa, and a lot of the Scourge's damage is due to their strike craft.

I feel like this origin isn’t for making the players empire Uber powerful, but it gives you the ability an incredible force in the form of your subordinates, as shown through this where you would go to do something just to notice that your allies where already wiping up the issue

Awesome. When you status quo one of the awakened empires, it gave 2 popups about the cease fire, one was between your empire and the awakened empire, the other between the awakened empire and yours, it wasn't between the 2 awakened empires, that's why the war between them continued. 1:13:03

Imagine is the feral scourge could rally and form their own hive mind empire and then the Hunters show up. It'd kind of be like a multi stage endgame crisis. Sort of like the unbidden. The scourge are running from the Hunters so it would make sense if they showed up too.

Have you ever tried Tiny Outliner v2 from the Workshop? Considering the sheer girth of your wide playthroughs it would probably make micromanaging a lot less of a hassle, if you didn't need to scroll for a solid two minutes every time ^^

Hello Lathrix! Would it be possible, to make a tutorial that works with any Empire, that shows us how you are always this strong this fast? I never played Grand Admiral because i need at least 75 years to get where you are in 30 years. Like, how do you overcome Consumer Good shortages while placing Labratories like crazy. I can only do it with Machin Empires and that isnt very fun :/ Thanks for your content :)

1:16:00 Ships probably miss designate themselves as troop transports so they just do the transport circle in the game troop. Transports have no weapons and cant attack. I do not know what would cause it though.

So before watching I think there will be more than 11. based on other empires maybe getting origins that forcibly generate other empires. This includes other federations and the lost colony. I think there were 13 but that was counting at about halfway through the video. So You are a beginning game crisis, The scourge are the mid game crisis and the war in heaven is the end game crisis. Makes sense.
