Remember one thing - happiness is the key to life. It's not money, it's not success, it's not achievements. It's all about feeling good at the end of the day. Don't be like me - sacrificing your happiness for your success. Finding the right balance is the key to a happy life!

I agree with you, but what i also think that people want things to get happy, they should be happy for being alive. Because once you're dead you can't change it and also everyone needs to be happy for the last breath they took because adversity doesn't come with a warning. You can overcome every fear and my biggest fear is death and this channel has inspired me so much that I've overcome that fear by living every as my last. Thank You.

This video truly is life-changing, so many of us spend our day to day lives just going through the motions instead of living in the moment and appreciating everything around us. Although the idea of living life like every day may be your last is a scary concept it helps us to not take anything for granted.

Make each second count. Do that which keeps you in the flow. Life is short kill that fear. You are enough. There is nothing to lose. You are enough always.

Paradox : He dedicated his life for innovation & technology, and did wonderful for sure, but it's known now that the more technology there is the more depression it's likely to generate. There have been studies that showed a link between smartphone use & depression !!!

IT'S UP TO YOU MAKING YOUR LIFE A SUCCESSFUL STORY. Less parties, less sleep, more work, more self control, and trust me, you won't have to say your name anymore. They will know who you are. Easy to say, difficult to do? I went from nothing, to national champion in distance running at less than a year. If i can create my own legacy, you can also create yours. REMEMBER. Steve Jobs had also 24 hours a day ;)

Isn't sleeping one of the most important things in sportsman's life? Isn't body recovering simply necessary and will lead You directly to death without sleeping?

I always find this "If this was your last day, what would you do ?" as extremely flawed. If it was my last day to live, I would want to spend it with friends and family, saying goodbyes and reminiscing about the great achievements and successes. But if you answer that question, I would not want to do that every day, as I would not move forward. So I think we need some perspective.

Honestly if today will be my last day, I'm not spending it in the gym or reading books. I'm going to drink, eat a lot of food. Spend all my savings. Have sex with the next person I see.
