Thankyou for your very simple instructions. I have attempt cook Chicken before with the tasty flavour of Ginger but I did not add enough large slices of Ginger I will attempt again using large slices of Ginger same as you video presentation.

Hi cooking Ah Pa I just saw your video spring onion ginger chicken that was shown 2 years ago. I think must be very delicious the way you cook it. Where do you normally get your free range chicken? Sorry to hear your mum pass away when you were 13 years old. You are right.Definitely mums cooking is the best.I miss my mums cooking.Now my mom is too old to cook. No wonder you are such a good cook. I wish I can taste your cooking.No matter how I try to cook like you the taste is lousy.I seldom cook that's why.
