I'm watching this review flabbergasted. Are we supposed to like ANYONE in this movie? It's hard to watch Anthony Quinn kill himself, and then constantly stalk his poor wife and demand she never move on or love anyone else. DUDE. YOU CHOSE TO DIE. If you love her, let her move on. I'm way to emotionally invested in this stupid and horrible film.

I actually met the real life widow of Anthony Quinn once. She was presenting a screening of Zorba the Greek at the theater I work at. Part of my job at the theater is to change the outdoor marquee. It's one of those old fashioned signs where you have to use a long poll and replace each letter individually. Anyway, after the movie got out she complimented me on the hard work I was doing and we had a brief conversation.

i think it was remastered just so we could see young trump in HD... why didnt he just produce better movies.. he money and resources... its a shame he was so focused on... i dont know... building things? i have no idea what he did in the 80s... its like his whole life was just waiting for him to realize he should be in tv shows like the apprentice... we could have had a Bond tv show where he played the constant background villain/anti hero.. .that would have been fascinating... Dr Trump: So Bond, you found that hidden base in the subteranean arctic ... i take it you found it... Illuminating? Bond: You'l never succeed in making monkeys dance and fly!!! I found the research and forwarded it to the American and Brittish Embassies! Dr Trump: Fool! You played right into my small baby hands... that research is something they will use to make armies of flying monkeys... and then i will just become president and Bishop and then i SHALL rule the world with armies of flying monkeys!!! *que mad laughter* Bond: ok... but seriously... how? like... what can the monkeys even do? they cant even fire a bazooka... Dr Trump: Bazooka? no they arent a murderous army, they are entertainers, I shall make the largest flying troupe of entertainers and make all the money and cruush the Zoos and circuses.... thenn they shall all bow before my mightey Hair! Plus i have this great idea for a tv show called the apprentice and flying monkeys would make great pages and background characters.... Bond: Are you insane? Dr Trump: Well im certainly not a villain, just a misunderstood unmotivated Producer looking to make it big in the world of entertainment... Bond: then why are you in construction!? Dr Trump: Well you have to build studios from the ground up and knowing how to build real life things can only aid in the construction of movie sets and realistic sorroundings for entertainment centers and designing tv show sets that are economically viable to run without constantly tearing down and setting up everything. Bond: wait, if your into construction... and entertainment... why did you steal the nano molecular laser beams that could generate a theoritical black hole if misused or simply bind atomic states from low atomic weights to high atomic weights and create gold from lead? Dr Trump: They have that? I was just building a arctic genetic research base for health experiments in a safe controlled setting to reduce the dangers to society and humanity overall.... maybe... maybe you should go find who has your atomic shifting nano nano beams... i cant make a show about flying monkeys if you let someone break the economy with fake gold.... Bond: it would be real gold if it worked... shit... i have to go find them... Dr Trump: Take my Trumpmarine, its ... its basically just a diesel submarine i found and used to carry all my cocaine in... just push the cocaine to the side out of the bridge. I suggest you check out that evil looking tower to the east with the lightning coming out of it... Bond: yea.... that seemed a bit to obvious... i guess i better go do that.... Dr Trump: Here take these tiger men i succesfully combined while searching for a way to make people orange on a genetic level.... and have some guns... Bond: Why would you make people orange.... Dr Trump: for the ratings... duh

Okay, how is this BETTER than Twilight?

A few years back I put this episode on the kitchen TV and my mom watched with me. She laughed up a storm when Trump appeared.

Also, it seems to be a trend that awful late 70s-80s movie will at least have great music and scenery (including this, Moment by Moment, and Tarzan the Ape Man.)

You know, whenever I'm writing a script for fun and question whether or not it's good enough, one thing that brings me comfort is knowing I'll always be a better writer than John Derek. 😂

Sometimes, I lie awake at night and wonder: Do you think Donald Trump displays his Razzie Award in the same place where Obama displayed his Nobel Peace Prize?

Yep. Probably on the shelf right under the 'White House Official Collection of Dead Yemeni Children'.

This is even funnier now, since Trump is all pissy that he didn't get a Nobel Peace Price recently.

I'm just waiting for the panda's, race cars, and talking chickens to start popping up on the title screen with parents yelling at their kids over the phone to have kids...Also, I'm STILL proud that we tossed out Donald Chump from SAG-AFTRA. He thought he was an important part of our guild, but was really nothing more than the picture on the bathroom wall we all practice pissing on for target practice.

I saw this movie when I was a kid, it was on Pay-per-view oh, and I thought I was so slick learning how to order it all by myself that was super brand-new technology back then anyways they charged it to my parents phone bill I think because I remember my father left the bill out so I would find it and see it was circled but then he never brought it up and I never did that again... the lengths I would go to to find nudity on television would Boggle the mind

I just watched this movie in full, and wow is the acting bad. Actually, everything about this movie is ABYSMAL... except for two things: the cinematography and music. You can't tell here with the terrible transfer quality, but check it out in HD. I swear the scenery is gorgeous and the soundtrack is lots of smooth jazz and flutes. Decent eye and ear candy.
@anikmonette21406 жыл бұрын
Cascade Sure, the scenery is gorgeous, but this movie is so cringe inducing that I wasn't able to focus on that... Also not a big fan of Jazz, I don't hate it but it does nothing for me. I guess that some people also liked some of Bo's nude scene, but she acts like such a ditz that I don't know how anyone could find that attractive. The only good actor is ghost man, but that's not saying much because he's soooo annoying and laughs stupidly in half the scenes he's in...
