Thank you so much for your video. I lost 30 lbs after reading through your blog and following your guidelines and food choices, but I gained 20 lbs back as I relaxed and started making bad food choices:). Great video, Amy! I think you are absolutely right on!! Thank you for for the reminder! I am determined to lose 10 pounds!! I followed you through your bikini loss, every day it was a highlight on Instagram! So I need to go back to your blogs and reread them for inspiration!! And I had hired a coach during that time, do you know I got more motivation from your Instagram post than I did my coach! So you are inspiring people!!🎉

The distracted eating is sooooooooo true.... And, too, the whole idea of portion size is just UNKNOWN to anyone in this day and age. So so true! Great tips.
