Total calories and macros: 1169 calories, 119 g protein, 112 g carbs, 27 g fat
Breakfast:
1 cup egg whites
1 slice Dave's killer thin sliced bread
30 g avocado
1 medium banana
Lunch:
5 ounces chicken tenders
1 cup romaine
1 tomato
1 cucumber
3 ounces carrots
2 tablespoons ranch Bolthouse dressing
1 medium peach
Snack:
1 medium peach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (my current fave here www.allstarheal...
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk.
Dinner:
4 ounces Healthy Noodles
5 ounces ground turkey
100 g asparagus
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon light sour cream

As a small person, I really appreciate that you recognize that we need fewer calories than what is considered 'average'. It is so wonderful to find someone who has plans that are targeted for someone like me. These are balanced plans I can follow. Keep up the excellent content.

Thank you!! I'm glad you can relate. My sweet grandma - who died just one month before her 100th birthday, shrunk to 4ft 8. And I can tell you, she needed very few calories to thrive. Unfortunate, but probably my fate as well. LOL

Do u ever eat the yolks? Would mixing one egg yolk in that scramble be ok?

Yes! There are a lot of days I use 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 full egg. It's a great way to get some extra fat, without extra calories.

I love this video! Thank you. However, I just can't get past the texture of miracle noodles and I can't stand the Palmini. Is there a low carb/lower calorie noodle an option? I need to have a noodle similar to real noodles. I know they are higher calorie but I can't stomach these type of noodles you mentioned. It is a texture thing.

Yeah, I used to LOVE Healthy Noodle (that's the brand name)., They sell it at Costco. But my Costco hasn't had it in awhile, but you could try that. I also like Livivia! Also different texture and very good!

@@HealthBeet Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, I can't stand Shirataki noodles, even with the added oat fiber. I guess pasta is just off the menu sadly. I do have to say, your meal plans work very well and I am so happy to finally find something that works!

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Depends on if I'm trying to cut weight or maintain. If I'm not in an active fat loss phase, I don't count them. When I am trying to lose a few pounds, I will count them.

So do you not tack them in your total macros/calories for the day or just don’t weigh them?

@@adelacordova1937 If I'm tracking them, I will weigh it. If I'm not tracking the veggies, I don't weigh them. If I'm sharing a meal on my socials, I will usually weigh and track them, just so I can share the full calories for the meal. If I'm just eating for myself- no pictures of my meals, and I'm just in maintenance mode, I won't weigh or track them.
