I do these stretchings every morning right after waking up, for years. Really great results as I don't have back pain, knee issues and can walk 2 hours a day everyday with no problem at 70

I am a 51 year old man with OA who broke his body firstly by over training and then through neglect - this channel is a regular feature in my media consumption. Like a good book, starting my day with Strength Side nourishes the soul, calms the mind and heals the body. I got my wake up call 5 years ago, and since that moment I have been taking consistent action to heal and strengthen my body, mind and spirit. Was thinking of turning the saturdays into a full body workout after 4 days of workouts during the week, but now I changed my mind and decided to listen to my body, because I feel like my lower back and my body overall needs this type of morning routine more than anything else. Thank you for that.

I am in awe with every muscle that is visible on his body, and the lighting exerts such a lovely glow on his skin here. The human body is incredible once you start taking full care of it. The best thing is that could be this too!

this is a superb start of day routine .... and im a 61 year old who has serious back issues for decades and can barely walk. just what i was looking for to get back on my feet. literally. fed up with constant osteopath appointments that go nowhere, time to be self sufficient. so will use this for my starting point and build from here. many thanks. 🙏

I’m recovering from a broken neck & collapsed lung. It was a freak accident that occurred during a training ride. (competitive endurance cycling). I loved riding a bike. I no longer can.
