We need more of these videos on youtube. I'm a fitness instructor and have just started working with older seniors. This was very helpful for cardio ideas!

So pleased I found this video, I have had problems with my back and have become limited, standing and walking, this is helping me to be more mobile, also very enjoyable, 1/2 way through my 1st week (once a day) quite hard work, but improves each day. Thank you Anne.

Just discovered these videos, I think they are terrific idea and hope I can do them correctly. Sometimes it’s very hard to see what you guys are doing on the screen so please remember to be very descriptive. So far, I’m having fun and I plan to keep these up.

Thank you this is very helpful. I need to make exercise plans for the elderly because I am studying physiotherapy. However, I wasn't told how much they could really handle. This seems appropriate for general condition :)

I have been working directly with seniors for over 25 years, and these workouts were developed with these clients who have a range of conditions.

There are a few components to the best exercises for the elderly. One resource I found that succeeds in merging these is the Seniorcises (check it out on google) without a doubt the most helpful plan i've heard of. Check out all the interesting information .
