The Glutes seem impossible to develop and this leads to a lot of fads and quick fixes.
But, at the core of non responding glutes, is a misaligned Pelvis, if you can control your Hips, you will finally engage the complete use of your Glutes.
Anterior Pelvic Tilt has become the default position, due to many hours sitting down.
A defaulted Tilt, bypasses the Glutes and puts tension primarily on the Hamstrings.
When you have the proper alignment of the pelvis, you will instantly feel the contribution of the Gluteus Maximus, Minimus and the Hip Flexors.
In this video, I will show you how to wake up your Glutes, with a short Leg Day workout, that can boost your Glute development in one session, when you have the right alignment.

I always climb stairs in two's ; always skipping a step. You get up the stairs twice as fast and activate more muscles than going one by one.

Just discovered your channel and have learnt so much after just watching a couple of videos already, thank you! Do you have any recommendations for glute exercises for people who don’t have access to a gym and only have a few hand weights, a step and resistance bands. Thanks again 🙏

Do you have a workout that does not require equipment?

Hey, I would really appriciate a respone on this. I have club foot on both sides (mostly on the left foot) and flat feet. I have been wearing orthotics for years and like others I see no evidence of wearing orthotics and custom shoes correcting my flat feet. Do you think I would se a difference with trying minimalist shoes and doing feet exercises? I find the "barefoot movement" really interesting with minimalist shoes and kinda learning how to walk again (properly) but I really haven't found and answer to if this is possible due to my clubfoot. My podriatrist says I should continue with the insoles and shoes. Love how informative your videos are btw, keep up the great work!

Hi Christonis, I don't know that much about club foot, whether or not it is genetic, but I would assume some barefoot exercises would definitely help. Depending on how mobile your feet are, or the shape, I would hold off on using barefoot shoes, for the meantime. That is to say, get comfortable with exercising your feet through their full range of motion first, and get comfortable going completely barefoot for at least some time of the day(goal could be 1 hour total per day on somewhat rough or uneven terrain). I used to use orthotics, and also experienced an increase in weakness in my feet, because I relied on the orthotics as a crutch. They may be helpful for a time, but in my case, were definitely not a long term solution. What I did, was to do ankle circles, toe flexion exercises like simply curling and stretching my toes without support, and picking up clothes/towels from the floor. After a few weeks of those exercises, walking outside barefoot on grass, concrete, and eventually gravel for extra stimulation. Then when my shoes came, I was more prepared to transition. Hope some of this helps, and that you can find the right info to help you make that decision! I'm sure Grown & Healthy will answer soon.(don't know his name lol)

@@lukaspenner9382 Appreciate the tips! I actually walk around a bit without shoes without any pain or discomfort. Here in Norway we don't use shoes inside the house and i don't wear shoes to the gym because i didn't want to pay for gym shoes, I guess sometimes it's good to be greedy haha. I do have really immobile feet from wearing stiff shoes with orthotics for most my life so i will try the exercises you recommended before going all out and change all my shoes. I have searched for som time on the internet if my clubfoot would make it a problem but I can't find anything on it. And I can't ask my podiatrist cause she will just tell me I have to wear orthotics even though she can't answer whether or not I'm using othotics bacause of my clubfoot or bacause of my flatfeet. I think it's bacause of the flattfeet thing.
