I am glad someone else besides Joel Richardson and Nelson Walters are teaching about this. The second beast in Revelation 13(the false prophet) is likely eisa (islam’s version of Jesus) who will claim to be the historical Jesus and lie in support of islamic eschatology (has two horns like a lamb but spake like a dragon).

Those who think it's Rome, You must understand that Rome never conquered Persia like Babylon, Medo-Persia and Greece have done where they had all three. Not saying that Mystery Babylon the Great is not Rome, but Rome will be influenced by the Muslims somehow.

My thought of the 5th Empire/Kingdom of "Iron and Clay" representing the 2 feet with 10 toes, means a combined force of "Military Strength" (Iron) and "Faith/Religion" (Clay - Man's creation). The 2 Feet represent 2 divided Empires with 5 toes in each foot which represents 10 Toes are 10 Kingdoms or Nations, 3 will be removed, and 1 will come out to be added... parallel with Daniel's Prophecy of a BEAST with 10 Horns, 3 will be plucked out (removed) and a "little HORN" with a face of a Man will sprout (appear/come out) from the Beast that was shown to be "badly wounded" but "already healed"... Could that be the OTTOMAN Empire as the 5th Empire that was dissolved in 1922 A.D. after WW1, with 2 Feet (Sunni & Shia) and 10 Toes (10 Islamic Kingdoms), ruled by the Islam/Muslim CALIPHATE since the 7th Century A.D. but the Caliphate ("little HORN") was also abolished in 1924 A.D. ("badly wounded"), but secretly rumored to be already revived ("already healed")???...

I understood the visions of Daniel to be the empires ruling over Israel up until the coming of the Messiah. The forth being Rome. From the collapse of the Roman empire will come an united global authority. In Revelation and also verses such as in Ezekiel and Isaiah, we see another beast who is the beast of the land. This is Islam and not the forth beast in Daniel which is Rome. But in the last days, the global beast that forms from the remnants of the nations after the fall of Rome will give authority to the beast of the land (Islam). From the beast of the land will be a false prophet (the Antichrist). The false prophet will take the place of three leaders of the political global beast.

Hi Bob, you correctly identify the fourth kingdom and the fourth beast as the antichrist empire. I have some thoughts' to consider. The fourth kingdom is none other than the antichrist kingdom in the end times. It is not the Roman Empire that got revived. By eliminating this error, we eliminate the idea of trying to make the antichrist kingdom fit into the Roman Empire. The antichrist kingdom is not the Roman Empire revived; it is greater than that. The fourth kingdom of Daniel 2, and the fourth beast of Daniel 7 and the beast of Revelations 13 and 17 is the antichrist kingdom in the last days. There are only four kingdoms mentioned in the vision, not five. The feet, part of iron and part of clay are usually interpreted as a revived Roman Empire, but this is inserting something into the vision that is not there. If we follow the text, we see that there are only four kingdoms mentioned. Remember this is an interpretation of the vision. If there were five kingdoms it would have said so. After the four kingdoms are described, the kingdom of Messiah strikes the image on the feet of the last (fourth) kingdom and the entire image crumbles and is destroyed. The fourth kingdom, which is made up of the legs of iron and feet part of iron and part of clay with ten toes is one kingdom. This is a description of one kingdom, the fourth and last kingdom, not one with two phases. This is the last kingdom, not the Roman Empire, and a revived Roman Empire, but the kingdom of the antichrist at the end of the age. The vision seems to indicate that there are three successive kingdoms and then a fourth. The fourth kingdom is not a successive kingdom. It is not the Roman Empire. The visions jump from the Grecian empire to the last empire before the return of Messiah, and we know that the last kingdom to persecute Israel before Messiah comes is the antichrist kingdom. When you take the fourth kingdom in its complete description, we see the last kingdom to persecute Israel - the kingdom of the antichrist. When we look at Daniel 7 and Revelations 13 and 17 we see that this fourth kingdom is much more than the Roman empire. It’s a vast kingdom described as a beast with the earmarks of the previous six kingdoms that have persecuted the nation of Israel: the Egyptians, the Assyrians, the Babylonians, the Medo-Persians, the Grecians, and the Roman Empires. A beast which is described as a leopard, a bear and a lion with seven heads and ten horns. A beast ‘a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth; it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it.’ ‘The fourth kingdom shall be as strong as iron, inasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and shatters everything; and like iron that crushes, that kingdom will break in pieces and crush all the others.’ The antichrist kingdom will be a vast kingdom that will occupy the regions of the former empires that have oppressed and persecuted Israel; the Egyptians, the Assyrians, the Babylonians, the Medo-Persians, the Grecians, and the Roman Empire. The description of the beast in Revelations thirteen and seventeen sheds a greater light on the antichrist kingdom. It has seven heads and ten horns. The seven heads represent the seven kings/kingdoms that have/will oppress Israel, including the antichrist at the end of the age. The ten horns are ten kings who give their allegiance to the antichrist at the last three and a half years of his reign.

8th empire as per rev 17 will include entire globe divided into 10 regions…”kingdoms”…simultaneously there will be 4 major powers vying for total control. Daniel 7.

rev 17 says there will be an 8th beast (empire), which means there had to have been 7 previous beasts (empires)*: 1. egypt 2. assyria 3. babylonia 4. medo-persia. 5. greece via antiochus epiphanes. 6. rome. 7.__________ ...then 8.________ (still future)...so ah, which one was the 7th? getting the answer correctly is KEY. *called beasts because they specifically targeted israel for annihilation.

Muhammad is the antichrist. The horn that grew up was islam which despite Muhammad’s physical death was still ruled by him. He is the king of Islam. It rose up out of one of the fallen ‘Alexander the greats’ four kingdoms within the Byzantine empire. The Ottoman Empire took over from the Byzantine empire. Islam moved toward the ‘beautiful land’ The people who destroyed the temple was the Roman people. Daniel said that the people of the leader who is To come[after] would destroy the temple. Muhammad became the king of the Roman people both in Jerusalem and also in Byzantine empire. The Roman Empire moves its capital to Constantinople. The ten horns included that of the barbarian kingdoms and Muhammad rose up as the leader of the north. The Islamic people were out to war with chariots and ships [daniel speaks of this] against the leader of the south- Egypt. They eventually won and went up to set up the Ottoman Empire after this. The ships of kittim mentioned by Daniel is also an Islamic movement. If you look at the beginning of the war of the masts you will see it there. The Islamic went to war with Byzantine empire out at this location and in Mediterranean and lost to the Byzantine like Daniel says but later they return and won.

If the Islamic MAHDI (Muslim Messiah) is the AntiChrist, then, there is no need to rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem when the Mahdi comes, he will just SIT at the Dome of the Rock in front of the Al Aqsa Mosque... right?... therefore, the Muslims will not allow the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque to be removed in the Temple Mount if that is the case...

Perhaps the Ottoman Empire is the 5th Empire... the 2 Feet are the SUNNI and SHIA... The 5 toes with the Sunni Majority, ruled by the Kings/Sultan/Emir: 1. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 2. Afghanistan, 3. Pakistan, 4. Egypt, 5. Jordan The 5 Toes with the Shia Majority, ruled by the Kings/Sultan/Emir: 1. Iran, 2. Iraq, 3. Yemen, 4. Qatar, 5. Lebanon Perhaps, Egypt, Iran, and Afghanistan were previously ruled by Kings but are no longer ruled now .. (3 will be removed)... perhaps, TURKEY will be the Little Horn ruled by the Caliphate...

Bad interpretation of Daniel 11:37-38. The Antichrist would reject the god of his parents (quit Islam obviously), would reject women (most likely will be celib) and would adore a new god, a god of "fortresses", e.i. a builder, an architect, the Grand Architect of the Universe. The Antichrist would leave Islam (or whatever religion he followed by birth) for Freemasonry.

He realizes Daniel speaks of four kingdoms that will rise. He rightly identified them as Babylon, Medo- Persia, and Greece but on the fourth beast is where his whole veiw falls apart. He labeled the fourth kingdom “the Antichrist Kingdom” but he forgot who it was that crucified our Lord, the Romans. His view of prophecy is missing about 800 years of history. For these reasons, the Islamic Antichrist interpretation should be rejected.
