Sultana Oat Cookie Pie - Easy Giant Cookie

Күн бұрынThis is quite the simplest recipe for a giant cookie. With Sultanas and Oats it has a wonderful texture and flavour that is enhanced with cardmom and vanilla. So much easier than making individual cookies, you can just slice this into portions instead. Crisp on the outside and chewy inside, this is just perfect for snacking with a cup of tea or coffee. It all takes less than an hour.

HI Henrietta. Yes much quicker that individual ones, and you can cut to size too. I think ginger will be a good, maybe some crystallised ginger pieces chopped up to. I think I might do that as well.
