In this video I share another super easy and delicious streusel cake. This one has a sweet layer of raspberry jam, but can also be made with fresh fruit. This cake comes together super fast and is the perfect pairing to your afternoon coffee.

150 grams softened butter
100 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
1 package vanilla sugar or 1 splash vanilla extract
3 room temperature eggs
375 grams flour
2 teaspoon baking pwoder
100 ml milk
200 grams jam (I used raspberry)
Streusel:
80 grams softened butter
80 grams sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
1 package vanilla sugar or 1 splash vanilla extract
100 grams flour
50 grams almonds
Dust with powdered sugar
