Great holistic tips doc! Good diet and lifestyle are very important. Wondering if constipation could also occur if food matter takes unnaturally longer time from stomach to rectum. I believe the small and large intestines are the water absorbing organs. So the longer food matter remain in these organs the more water would be absorbed. Isn't it so? Also is weak paristalysis movement a reason? Hope doc or someone can answer 🙏

Bilkul sahi kaha sar constipation nahi hoga yah sab karne se Aisa Nahin Hai but kafi had Tak constipation nahi hota hai
