Suzuki jr50 crank seals , low compression

8 жыл бұрынThis is a common problem on the 2 stroke 50 Jr 50 kdx50 no start condition low compression even with the new top end the pressure leaks out the seals , some times its both and you have to split the cases this one had 65 lbs with a new top end not enough to fire

What if you split the cases replaced all gaskets and seals went through 2 top end kits and still wind up with only 30 lbs compression??? What can i look at then? Thanks

hi what are you using as a gasket or sealer for the two cases in the split/middle.

Hutch Theriault did you get ur jr50 seals replaced? did anything fall out when you split the cases?

yes all done. no thing fell out.. but putting back together need to watch for the kickstart mechanism

Cool. What did u reseal cases with? Any other pointers? Leaving the cylinder and piston on the center casing should work out right?

To change out crankshaft seals. Even with a new top end, i have low compression. My kit also came with crankshaft bearings.
