Think QUICK QUICK QUICK in this Tabata Mini Trampoline Workout. 10 sweaty minutes of all out hard work rebounding style. Do not underestimate this 10 min major hiit workout just because it is only 10 minutes! The Tabata cardio intervals are 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. We do each move two times. There are 10 moves and the whole routine is 10 minutes long. Prepare to really work, push, and challenge yourself for this class. The end RESULT is going to be feeling very proud and successful of yourself with an abundance of energy!
