I'm 25 with ADHD and it's often very tricky for me to practice mindfulness yet, whenever I do one of these workouts, my mind and body feel so at peace. For me, it's the perfect combination of mindfulness, breath, and the movement my restless body craves. Thank you for these videos.

I have added more videos on my website for purchase. This way you can support the artist and get more of a variety its a win-win!! Very reasonably priced so anyone can buy them. taiflow.com/buy-courses/tai-chi-flow-videos-1-5 there is one where you stand on one foot like a rooster, which is good for starting to work on balance. If you can't balance then use a stable chair or table and the balance will come. I do them with my mother she is 73 years old. You will enjoy them as much as these. Remember it doesn't matter how you do them but that you do them regularly. When you are ready they are there. Keep going through the free ones on KZfaq until then. Thanks for the feedback.

I keep in mind what she said in her first video : the most important thing, more important than making sure you do the movements perfectly, is just making time to do tai chi each day.
@Taiflow
@Taiflow 5 жыл бұрын
Yes that is right, if you have never moved in the ways of Tai Chi your body needs time to get used to these movements. Release yourself from the outcome and enjoy the pleasure of these graceful movements and one day you will realise how much you have improved. On that day get in touch with me and I will show you the next step. In the meanwhile take your time, and enjoy the journey.
