You have helped me get over a horrible horsebacking riding accident. Broke back and hip, that most people said I would never walk again. I can walk, but with a small limp. I can transfer moves to all things i love, working in the garden, leading my small ponies, and just day to day, living activities. Please, keep adding videos. Thank you !!!

I'm bedbound and I love how much better I feel and sleep. I used to do Tai Chi but got away from it but now I'm grateful to have found your wonderful videos and channel. I'm doing Tai Chi twice a day and I notice the benefits right away, like my anxiety is gone!! Thank you so much!!!

You're anxiety dropped?!? I have alot of anxiety daily, I try to do this every morning but just had a passing thought to do it more than once a day 💖 That's so awesome!!!! I may have to look into doing it maybe more than once a day, it is one of those things that does excite me, it teaches me to be more gentle and focused 🙏🏽💖

You get the muscle memory very quickly. And when you're not following the video, pretty soon, you notice how you can now pay more attention to what's around you because you don't even need to think about what you're doing. I've never experienced anything like it before. When it's a warm breezy day or evening, you can start to feel your breath and the wind becoming one and the same, which of course really they are, we just don't notice it.

I have been doing tai chi for one week now. I am on a journey but still try to do at least 5 min a day. It gives relaxation to my body and gentle energy to my spirit. Thank you.

thank you ! i am a stroke recovery person and have been following your programme for quite some time now. tai chi is really good for stroke recovery as it is slow, paced, and it helps the body to shift weight from side to side in a gentle way . since we have a problem with balance and gait, i find your easy movements ideal. i love your presentation in quiet natural surroundings.

This is the beginning of my second week doing your Beginners Tai Chi. Thank you so very much, for doing these videos. This practice has helped me so much already! I have never done Tai Chi before. I have been struggling with a knee injury for 2 plus months. Unable to exercise. Limping. In pain. Primarily muscle pain. I began with Module 1 for 1 week. Just began this module yesterday. Amazingly, I am no longer limping. The muscle pain is significantly less. I was actually able to go for a walk twice this week. This program is awesome!!! Again, Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much! I love everything about this.

Thank you, Leia, for bringing one of the most peaceful times of my day into my home. My husband and I have only started your modules the past few weeks, but we can see that this will certainly become a daily part of our lives. It is winter here in Upstate New York, so getting out to exercise can become a bit difficult with the snow, but we find ourselves not only practicing inside, but also when we are outside on our dock by our pond. Feliz navidad y próspero año nuevo para ti Leia, estoy medio retirada hace 6 meses rompí el tendón supraespinoso y no puedo todavía levantar el brazo, aparte demoré la operación xq me engripe y no se me iba más y no me operaban, el 12 hizo 3 meses de operada, tendón y toda cabeza de húmero reconstruida,no me olvido que el año pasado te saludé para estas fechas, deseandote lo mejor te mando un fuerte abrazo desde Uruguay, ciudad de Salto. ❤😍😘😘😘👋👋👋👋👋

@@Taiflow la verdad no he visto todos me he centrado en las prácticas cortas pues con 5 minutos de práctica me hace sentirme centrado pero voy a profundizar más en esto que es grandioso y se que lo necesito para afrontar los grandes retos que me impone la vida como llenar esos vacíos de soledad y mi estado anímico sereno sea constante...por ello ahondaré más en este tipo de prácticas variadas y la que me has recomendado de Mimi...de igual manera para profundizar aún más tomaré muy en cuenta suscribirme para así también ayudarte. Tengo mucha confianza que con el tiempo me vuelva una mejor versión de mi mismo así como tú lo has logrado te admiro y te felicito.

Hi. Here is a basic but important question. Is it best to mirror what you do i.e you shift left leg (my right as I look), so is it best to shift my right? I have this problem with illustrations in my tai chi book. Thanks

In my case you will mirror me. We are doing repetitions on both sides and it is not a form so you don't have to use the same hand as me. My left your right. That might not be the same in your book.

@@Taiflow So when you move your left arm toward the left (for example), I'll move my right arm to the right, so if I was touching the TV I would be tracing your movement?

This is a variation of Module 1 because some people complained about the music. So here are the same movements but with softer more oriental music.
