From I was a an infant I have been having knee joint pain that spreads throughout my entire thighs and legs and is so painful I cry most times. Up to this week I had an episode. I have been tested so many times since a young child everything came back normal. The only posit3teat I had was last year and it shows it may be caused from an autoimmune disease and I may need to do further testing.

Can't be sure because it's been a while but I think there was a young woman on there with a similar description of symptoms that no one had been able to diagnose and then the doctor on this program figured it out.

She wasn't injured all that much. 2 years later she still says something is wrong but her Dr and mri's say otherwise. Did she deserve compensation? Yes she did. But not the amount she sought. Some people always take advantage. I think she saw an opportunity to get more money than she deserved.

@Dawn Santoro and SSDI will look right through her. It is tougher to get SSDi and most of the time, you get rejected and have to appeal and go to their court to prove your disability. I did that and with the eye stroke, it left me legally blind in my left eye, Birth defect heart condition and type 2 diabetes, I was able to prove my case to the judge. I still have blurred vision in the left eye. But this lady is why it is tougher to get Disability.

I have a knee injury from 25 years ago that swells, but it was a actual injury that had physical bruising, caused arthritis over the next 25 years, it didn't start showing up years later. I agree with 1st commenter, and as a medical professional I BELIEVE YOU LOL

My problem is with the plaintiff. She is clearly looking for some form of monetary compensation for anything she can possibly dig her claws into. I know there are legitimate reasons for people to be accidentally or negligently hurt by someone else's carelessness. This case is clearly not within the spirit of that law. She had a right to sue, that's the process and well within her constitutional rights. But the bare bones of the law come down to people who are really, legitimately suffering from something that so drastically changed their lives they require monetary assistance and compensation to satiate their needs which have so affected them after their injuries it completely changed the course of their lives. I'm a professional violinist and now I can't play. I'm a hand model and now this hand is too noticeably swollen to put beside the other. This isn't the case here. This woman clearly has been trying to find some disability for years and now this windfall has been unexpectedly bestowed upon her and she is taking it and milking as much as she can out of it. That is not acting within the spirit of the law. Court is not a payday. You don't come to court thinking ring ring let that cash register sing. It's about becoming whole again after what you've lost. All that aside, some people see an opportunity and leap at it and it sickens me that in this case she finally got what she wanted at least a little. Some people will do anything for a little money. Those dog owners just happened to have opened their doors at exactly the wrong time. Should they be held accountable for their momentary loss of control? Fine. But paying this woman just legitimizes how she's working the system and it will not be long until she finds someone else's property to trip on or a roach in her soda can and with all this practice, she's only going to get more and more out of her lawsuits. They're fucking Boston terriers. One of the least threatening breeds on the planet. They don't have jaws strong enough to crush bone. Their naturally flat faces don't allow for it. There were no bite marks, no blood, just a woman seeing an opportunity to finally legitimize her soft tissue damage and skirt by a doctor's exam to that sweet, sweet payday.
