Notes: 1.Dont talk about the past Instead talk about what you have learned from the breakup 2. “What can prove me that u will never do these mistakes anymore” How can u prove to ur ex that u will change? Tell him/her what actions u have done to show u understood what happened with the breakup and how u will fix them to be ur best self. Actions can show if u really changed 3. Listen first Do not talk out of emotions! Dont answer for awhile. Let them vent how they r feeling. They will value ur response after u havent responded for a few minutes then do both notes 1 and 2

Hey coach, I just hang out with my ex to catch up and see how is she. She changed so much and I find her so much less attractive, she talked about how she was partying,doing drugs and sleeping with other people. She asked me if she could hangout with a friend of mine, I told her that she can do whatever she wants. Now, I just feel insecure, in one hand I feel that I want to move on and seeing her like that made it so much easier. On the other hand I feel jealous, and mad , the fact that she maybe sleeping with my friend makes me sad. I really think this is a great opportunity to grow and meet new people, but it’s inevitable to feel insecure. Hope you can read this. Love your channel

My ex dumped me three weeks ago. Said the sun wasn’t shining anymore for us. I said that it was ok and thank you for his honesty and his time with me. Next day, texted me to please remain as friends (didn’t reply, stayed silent) again next day he texted me saying that I was a wonderful woman and that he was hoping to have a solid friendly relationship with me and that he wanted to see me growing (didn’t replied to him) two days after I replied to him that I was not interested in being his friend. That why if the sun was not shining for both it was shining to have a friendship ? 👎🏻👎🏻he replied message received and never heard from him again. Better like that. He wanted me out of his life so I’m not interested of being in the friend zone either.

I would like to ask if after 7 months my ex is still cold and avoiding, though there were some happy moments, I still should wait for him to reach out? Ex keeps on talking about the past. It is not possible not to talk about the past and keeps on bringing up the past mistakes and fights. We end up with a repeated break up. It is not so easy. Now, I am in no contact to regain my emotion. :(

I followed all the advices, with nc , taking my distance, after 2 months he came back asking me if I was single and telling me he was still in love with me.🤸‍♀️.. the mistake i have made was to tell him too quick that I was too still in love. I now have back up to re install the passion and chasing but what else can I do to make him more eager to chasse me? why do so many of these videos assume that you want to get back with your ex? what if I was the one who ended the relationship? of course there may be love between you two- but you broke up for a reason. quite often people meet with their exes to speak their truth, find some type of closure or face the past… relationships are very complicated and people are impacted profoundly by them, and often it takes years just to face that person again- if there are things you want to say for your OWN personal growth and healing. but again, that does not mean you want to get back with that person

I am in a very frustrating situation. My ex came back when I was doing the best. We started seeing each other but then he said he wasn’t sure if he wanted to try it one more time. I said that’s fine but he keeps wants me to act like we are in a relationship but calls me a friend in front with people. So I asked him what he wanted out of this and he said I don’t know. So I decided to just walk away and go do me. But before I left I told him that there won’t be communication between us. But he keeps texting me everyday. I don’t know what to do now.

Thanks Ivy, It takes time to bring up the past, it should not occur during the first meeting. You slowly have to engage with the individual and bring up emotions and issues that might have caused conflict and pain, but it is never a good idea to bring them all up at once especially on the first meeting after no contact. You want to allow it to smoothly transition into the topic versus listing all of them in person to them right away. Does this make sense? Thanks Coach Alex
