In this 17-minute video, Lee Holden introduces you to Tao Yin, an ancient Chinese exercise form that he describes as, “A cross between yoga and Qi Gong.” You’ll learn the meaning of the term “Tao Yin” and how the form combines different movements to promote health and longevity.
Finally, Lee teaches you a 14-minute Tao Yin routine consisting of both standing and floor exercises.

This was excellent thank you! I usually do yoga and also love qigong. This practice however felt in harmony with my body, I would like to learn more and include it in my daily program. 🙏

Hi just to be precise😊导引daoyin refers to the principle of guiding and directing Qi energy. But dao Is not the same as the dao 道, the way, the principle. Sorry but I am a Chinese teacher and I couldn't not correcting it😊
