Searching through videos of PF I've come to realisation that I'm in a fairly large group of fellow humans that suffer from this 😫 it's bloody painful

Yes. I’m only 19 and suffer from this because I am obese. So painful.

In my mid 50s active as all hell started with this damn thing 4 or 5 agonising months ago not a happy lad at the moment 🥺

Helen, I suffer from PF. If I had a choice of winning the lottery or no pain for life. I would bypass the lottery and take living pain free. Good Luck

21 years old, active all my life.. in pain all day every day hopefully this goes away soon

@@louistidswell3343 honestly mate I just thugged that shit out for 6 months and got thru the peak..it still flares up occasionally. Life is pain

Thanks so much for this, just taped foot, had this pain in heel for a year, my running the cause i think, will update in a couple of wks, i know it might not work for everyone as the damage caused, but so happy to try this, thank you, john from Scotland 👍

Lovely video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Taparton Walking Foot Takeover (do a search on google)? It is a good exclusive guide for Getting Rid of Plantar Fasciitis without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got excellent results with it.

How many days will the tapes be kept for?? Or we have to change everyday?

In the video he said 2 or 3 days. After that it loses its effectiveness.

It’s great that you’re making this video but it doesn’t help anyone to have a wide angle distant view of you working….we need to see up close each movement you do, we’re here for the strapping 🤷‍♀️

Les cas se différencient et ceque vous soigner la c'est ne pas un cas difficiles comme celui de ma fille. Vous n'avez jamais eu des grands cas compliqué. Si ma fille Urielle été comme ça je ne voie pas pourquoi je devrais faire le tour d'hôpital. Il faut me demander c'est compliqué avec la kinésithérapie. J'ai 4 ans que je défile le centre konesitheurarapeutique et jusqu'au aujourd'hui pas d'amélioration
