Will and norm, please go check out The Geek Group in Michigan. They have a hackerspace that has filled an old YMCA building. They have whole giant rooms dedicated to high voltage, a laser lab, video production, CNC machine shop, a radio station, etc. Check them out on here, their channel is thegeekgroup.
