All the DC-9s are certified for powerback, including the MD-95 (717). But it's not used much because it causes wear and tear on the engines, as well as uses fuel. The cockpit on the MD-11 and MD-95 are nearly similar because McDonnell Douglas wanted flight deck commonality between the models. Looking forward to release! :) Oh and regarding outside performance, turn off bloom in the sim and it will fix it. (Same issue with MilViz 737-200C)

I work on the ramp at Dulles (IAD) and every time I see the daily 717 Delta flights to Hotlanta I get more and more excited to fly this plane. I can't wait.

Are the seat textures going to stay the same? Because I've seen 717 cockpit seats with different coating.
