I love how she wants him to follow her rules but if he sent even one request about something "non vegan" she would absolutely deny it as well, people do not need safe spaces and trigger warnings when debating a simple thing like being vegan.

We have to see her as the true gift that she is. She is physical proof to the damage that veganism can cause to one's physical and mental states. I suspect she was already emotionally unbalanced before becoming vegan and this is likely what lead to her choosing this lifestyle. But once she began it would seem that her mental state deteriorated as quickly as her appearance. So she is going a LOT of good here. She shows us the dangers of becoming vegan. I don't want to look, think or act like she does so I'm going to go have me a nice juicy juicy of tender pork tenderloin.

As a jew, I find it genuinely deeply offensive when anyone compares the holocaust to factory farming, even though factory farming is horrible and should be stopped for more ethical ways to raise and kill animals. Those of us that live in aus, UK, US or the western world can't truly comprehend the horror that occurred during the holocaust, since it is so far from our lives, thankfully. Knowing survivors of Auschwitz and other concentration camps makes you realise how lucky we are to live in aus. Stop complaining about your sad lives and eat some meat.

I have officially lost all my respect for Vegan Karen. There's seriously something wrong with her. So many of us have said it countless times, "we don't hate you because you're vegan, we hate you for the way you communicate your message." What is even the point to using force to get your message across? It never creates genuine change anyway, and its effects don't last very long as a result. It frequently, if not always, ends up backfiring at some point, because if people really aren't happy about something, they sure as heck are going to fight back. And chances are, they're not going to stop. No matter what it is you're trying to teach, share, or otherwise just simply inform, respect is very important. Nobody is going to listen to you if you don't show them respect. And if they say no, drop it. It's no use trying to cram something into them that they don't want to listen to. The harder you try, the harder they're going to fight back. Seriously. What is even the point??

I’m stuck on that rule of 25 Vegan Foods…25? For someone who advocates to eat foods that don’t come from killing livestock, that is a COLOSSAL waste of food. There’s no way they’d both eat 25. I’d say 5 at most.

As a farmer its worst to leave milk in the udder as it can burst, cause mastitis, pain to the cow and lots of other problems and so drinking types of milk that aren't coming from a cow, sheep, goat, camel or something else that produces milk naturally. Yes before any comments you can actually milk camels I have never tried it but people do drink a lot of it in place such as the Sahara desert I believe.

i grew up vegetarian (and lactose intolerant) since birth, and I dont plan on ever eating meat, but whenever I went on school trips/camps where food was provided, they had NO IDEA what to give someone who was essentially vegan. For breakfast once I was given rice bubbles with rice milk. I had what was basically cold rice soup for breakfast. It was almost enough to make me drink normal milk and suffer the consequences. There's no point to this comment besides venting my trauma from that cold, cold rice soup. And who's first idea for cows milk alternatives is rice milk?? I drink soy. I wouldve preferred that, or almond, or even oat milk. TLDR: rice milk is an abomination
