He also consumed an insane amount of dietary cholesterol and saturated fat which raises your blood cholesterol which FYI is only risk factor for atherosclerosis. Drugs, salt and sugar don't help and will cause health problems that can trigger the development of cvd BUT without elevated blood cholesterol it cannot progress. The cut off level for atherosclerosis development is 70ml/dl ldl cholesterol. It was his food consumption. His diet was absolutely terrible. And Isaac doesn't know anything about nutritional science so ofc he thinks he was eating healthy.
