jhin one of the Very few adcs i cant play at all like good once ever no matter what. as an adc main i like how most the rest of them work it feels so bad but hes very cool. and just the fact of this video existing and the fact that ive alwyas been saying edging for infinity edge and then this guy to comment that its sedging and it has away more meanining in this video too cuz its not even just making fun of infinity edge its a complexly correct comment and idk how else to help this man get what they desrver

He literally says burst and even shows in the video it takes him 5 seconds to shoot all 4 bullets. Which his 4th bullet is obviously the strongest one. But as said in the video, he has to reload after. Which mean you negotiate in the middle so you have the extra dmg to finish off a target without downtime but you also don't waste so much time to use your biggest move for dmg

eh it was never said it's for laning phase it was for bursting but you can use that to make enemies back of abit since people know 4th shot always hurts the most so having 4th shot ready to punish em

Jhin's Attack Speed cannot be increased by any means except his own innate attack speed growth stat. All of that Attack Speed in the build is converted into additional damage (and bonus movespeed on crits) instead, via his Passive. The missile speed of his critical strikes is slightly increased; that's the only amount faster your Hail of Blades attacks are going to land. (And since his fourth shot always crits regardless, not even building Critical Strike Chance can negligibly quicken the average total time it takes to deliver all of the shots if he ends on the empowered shot) The two things you gain by taking Hail of Blades and engaging with three rounds left are 1. Increased damage on all three shots, without taking a shot that isn't enhanced by Hail of Blades, and 2. More movespeed after firing each of those shots that crits (again the final shot is guaranteed to crit) Delivering a total of four shots while proccing Hail of Blades will get you four shots that are being buffed in some way (the first three by HoB and the final shot by Jhin's passive). But firing only three will simply condense some of that bonus into the final shot. So overall, you are correct to adapt your play-pattern to engaging with three rounds left once you have already decided to take Hail of Blades, but it's not because those attacks actually get delivered any faster because of your attack speed stat. It's because it allows you to apply all of the bonus damage you glean from that rune, and as long as the base(& any crit) damage of that first round you are not firing at the champion isn't the difference between scoring and missing the kill, you come out advantaged because you gave the enemy less time to get out of whatever crowd control is on them, cover distance, receive heals/shields, and have their own cooldowns tick down to assist their escape and/or return fire. Maybe that's what you meant by "really fast" (as compared to taking four rounds to get to your execute) but in comparison to the tactic showcased in the video being only two rounds, it's not a quicker delivery.

It’s better to hold one bullet, use it when you get engaged on/you engage, get the crit and movement boost, reload, and get four shots again. You only have two shots you have more time before the reload. Basically you only have two shots by the time you reload you’re probably already dead.

Yea sometimes you need more than one bullet. That’s why you hold one then reload and get all four back. You’re stalling the reload with two bullets. Basically means you only get two bullets in a skirmish.
