Hi Guys
While I was in central London I decided to go and have a wee walkabout Whitehall and cover some locations I have done previously.
First was Portcullis House offices block to many MP's and it was here we get our first cameo appearance from 1 VIP.
I then head round to HMRC where as you can tell by the title it was a barrel of Laughs before I finish the video with a couple more cameo VIP appearances.

There was so much there that I don't know where to start. How aggressive were those civil servants!!! They forget who they work for!! How nasty and rude, but then we all know that because we have to deal with them! Great video!

The photographer is a thoroughly decent chap. Edit: People with public facing roles, especially in London, where they have travelled to work and been captured on hundreds of cameras, insisting that they don't want to be filmed, always give me the giggles 😂

The entitlement of minor civil servants is unbelievable. I'm surprised security was also instructing people leaving the building to remove their ID cards. I don't know about London but in the provinces HMC&R ID cards are plain white with an embedded chip access is gained using a card reader.
