In this video, Dr. Grant Cooper from Princeton Spine & Joint Center is with Dr. Adrienne Jensen from Activcore and Dr. Zinovy Meyler from Princeton Spine & Joint Center discuss exercises you can do for hip pain. Dr. Jensen walks us through her favorite exercises for hip pain.
Whether you have a bursitis, hip flexor tightness, your psoas is overactive or whether you have some arthritis in your hip these exercises generally address hip strength which can really decompress the joint and relax your pain or decrease your pain.
