Who is, "the best guitarist who never heard of?" If you do not know Doug Seven, then you might have recalled his "sizzling guitar licks" tutorials. There was a time when Doug Seven ruled KZfaq in its early days. He was teaching Country Guitar on a scale that nobody else was doing in the early days of KZfaq. I was a fan. Doug is easily the Best country guitarist you have never heard of! I thought about Doug many times over the years. He stopped posting videos and basically he became a name that I would occasionally think of.
The return of virtuoso Doug Seven is something that has been long overdue. He is a master of country guitar riffs, country guitar licks, "chicken Pickin," B-bender, to name a few. He's also a fabulous country guitar teacher! For great country guitar lessons, dog is one of the few people I would send my students to!
Doug has not only returned, he is beginning a new vibrant chapter in his life. He's launched a new teaching website and he is back on the horse again. I just know you're going to enjoy this interview which will most likely be my last guitarist interview.
